Great spot we stumbled upon late on a Wednesday night. The food was legit! I loved my Cobb salad. And the mojitos were very refreshing. Jeffry, our waiter, was hilarious. All around great time was had. Can't wait to go back!
Ishan 10/10!!!! He was so nice and the service was great! We came for the 2 for 1 happy hour. Ishan recommended the mango mojito and the pina colada. Both were amazing!!! And super fresh. In my mojito, you could taste the mint and lime too. It was strong. Great recommendation. We didn't get food. Drinks only. The playlist was dope too! I would definitely come back.
I found out about Ocean 7 Cafe through TikTok while I was searching for a good happy hour deal on South Beach. This place had a BOGO drink deal during happy hour so we had to stop by and try it out. We went with the Piña colada and Mango mojito. I thought the drink was watered down at first because it was such a great deal for South Beach and I wasn't feeling it at first. By the time I closed the tab and called valet for my vehicle I started believing how potent it was! Overall great happy hour experience with superb service from Ishan.
This is a cute restaurant right off of the beach with excellent service. The manager was pleasant, welcoming and engaging. Ronald was our waiter, who made great recommendations and was very attentive, helpful and positive. We had the fried snapper and bronzing. The snapper was crispy and well seasoned. The bronzino had a nice crisp skin and was paired with a nice seafood sauce. The mashed potatoes were also flavorful and creamy. I enjoyed the energy of the staff.
Leonardo was a sweetie and a cutie with great service i would come again!!! And the quesadillas were good along with the music.

Stumbled upon this restaurant on Ocean Drive. We were seated next to the sidewalk with high traffic. We asked for a different table but they told us no. Already didn't like the service. We started off with cocktails - sobe margarita and passion fruit mojito. Both were ok, there was no passion fruit flavor in the mojito. We really enjoyed our entrees! The lobster and shrimp linguine was so good and flavorful and the bbq ribs were so tender. Expect an expensive bill as it's on a very touristy street.
Stopped by ON OCEAN 7 for a brunch and my group of 3 was served by L. LEONARDO. We dinned outside since it was a lovely day and we wanted to have a great view of the beach. I enjoyed a medium skinny (which was 36 oz) with my calamari, and PAELLA SEAFOOD. Everything was delicious, but I felt as if my server was frequently trying to upsell us on our food-- for example, he said the paella seafood was too small to split with two people however when we received the plate, and saw it was more than enough. Nonetheless, it was a nice place to eat on Miami Beach. Stop here for huge drinks!

Woah! This place is amazing, the food is delicious, great ambience, right in front of the beach, highly recommend it! For sure I'll be back, the managed JOSE is AMAZING! All the staff is super friendly, I had chicken in rice cream and omg, I want another place but it's super filling! Come try the food here, you won't regret it, I came from California for the great food, I'll be back in the near distant future .
0/10 if I could. The crab legs smelled fishy, had a weird texture and taste. Tried to give it a chance and it was repulsive. The server took the food back and admitted that it smelled off. We also ordered shrimp tacos which were not bad, but we were so put off by the crab legs it was hard to enjoy. The server did provide sex on the beach shots to compensate for the yucky crab legs which was nice. If you go, stay away from the seafood!

As an Elite Yelper for the past 7 years, I take restaurant reviews seriously because I know how important honest feedback is for both businesses and customers. It had been nearly two years since my last visit, and I was genuinely excited to return. This restaurant was once one of my favorite places on Ocean Drive and had become a tradition for me whenever I visited the area. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I simply asked where the restroom was located. The hostess responded with an attitude that immediately caught me off guard. When I politely explained that it had been a couple of years since my last visit and asked for clarification, she sarcastically replied, "Do you want me to take you?" That was my first indication that customer service was no longer a priority here. After being seated, my server, Aileen, came to take my drink order. I asked if they could make a fruity mocktail. Rather than checking with the bartender, she told me to order a margarita without alcohol. Having enjoyed mocktails here in the past, I knew that wasn't true. Most professional bartenders can easily create a delicious non-alcoholic drink. When I declined and simply asked for a Sprite instead, she laughed and said, "Oh, okay, are you sure?" The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. As I sat waiting for my meal, I couldn't help but notice similar frustrations from other guests around me. The warm hospitality that once made this restaurant special seems to have disappeared. Then came the food. I ordered my pasta and specifically requested the sauce on the side. When the dish arrived, the sauce had already been mixed in. When I politely explained the issue, Aileen made a face, took the plate away, and walked off without offering even a simple apology. The most disappointing part was the food itself. The quality, flavor, and overall presentation were nowhere near what I remembered. This restaurant used to be a place I looked forward to visiting. Sitting there, hungry and forcing myself to eat, I found myself wondering what had happened to a place I once loved. It genuinely felt like something special had been taken away. As a long-time customer, this review is not written lightly. Businesses thrive when they focus on creating experiences that make guests want to return. Unfortunately, this visit felt more focused on turning tables than providing hospitality. From the hostess to the wait staff, the customer service was poor, and the food no longer reflects the quality this restaurant was once known for. I sincerely hope ownership takes a closer look at what is happening because this establishment has lost the charm, service, and quality that made it successful. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend dining here. Sadly, this is a one-star experience for me, and after years of loyalty, I will not be returning. read more

Out of the 5 dishes we ordered, the fries were probably the only good item. The steak tacos (2/10) steak was pretty hard and chewy. The pizza (4/10) was very below average. The veggie fajitas (5/10) lacked salt and pepper. The chicken wings and fries (2/10 for wings, 8/10 for fries) because the wings were flavorless. The 007 margarita drink was veryyy spicy, tasted kind of weird. They're in a good location so I expected better but quite disappointing in the food. The service was pretty good though. Our server was kind but anyway please improve the quality of the food! read more

We selected On Ocean 7 Cafe to start off our the day in South Beach. EVERYTHING from the atmosphere to the food, drinks & service was top notch. Our waiter Raphael was the best. Starving on south beach! Very much enjoyed this eatery. The pasta was delicious! Al Dente perfection and the sauce and seafood were succulent and satisfying! The salads were crips and fresh perfect for the Miami heat. I will return here everytime I visit. The view was amazing. Nice fans for the heat. Our waitress angela was super friendly and offered wonderful suggestions and perfect conversation. Can't wait to return. read more

Solid place to get breakfast. Their outdoor seating is perfect for sunny days and they have ample fans (with mist) throughout the place. Their plates are properly portioned and priced and it's right by the beach so you can eat and take a swim right after. Giving one star due to the subpar service. It was probably due to the insane morning crowd but we had to wait over 10 minutes for our waitress to bring us our check, now that's crazy. read more

Super convenient because restaurant was right off the beach, literally in walking distance. Outside seating with fans that spray mist. Ronald was our server, he was great, very attentive. The owner even dropped on to check on the table, I thought that was nice. The drinks are BIG (we got a small, nothing small about it). I got a Frozen Raspberry Daiquiri, FIRE! It wasn't watered down either 10/10. The steak fajitas was good, seasoned really well. I wasn't a fan of the beans tho. Really good prices compared to other beachside places we went by. Worse place on south beach. We just arrived and since our check-in was later we strolled and look for some food around 12 noon. This place was open...gosh I wish I read reviews on this place before coming here. OVERPRICED EVERYTHING. Very bad food... our paella had so many EMPTY clam and mussels shells. Literally they put empty shells! So it looks that dish has a lot of things but 70% of this shells was empty. Overpriced drinks- good that we shared only one. Guac is a joke lol ON TOP ALL THESE TAXES AND MANDATORY SERVICE CHARGE. NICE TOURIST TRAP WITH THEIR OVERSIZED DRINKS BUT DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more
We had low expectations for this place since it was on ocean drive and thought it'd be a tourist trap, but they had surprisingly good food and drinks! The drinks are pricey ($19 per drink!!) but huge and very tasty. Even the small is massive. Loved the mojito, pina colada, and sangria. We ordered the seafood paella and it was pretty tasty! I wouldn't say it's as good as authentic seafood paella, but it was above average. They were veeeery generous with the seafood as well. read more

This restaurant had CRAZY good reviews on Google, which is why we went (4.9 stars with almost 5k reviews). We were so disappointed by all of the food. The paella was pretty bland and one-dimensional. In fact, all of the food was pretty one-dimensional even though it was EXPENSIVE. Tacos were like something I would have made myself in middle school with leftovers tbh. We should've eaten somewhere else for a third of the price for our last night in Miami. At least I will say that it was a nice ambiance because on the "boardwalk" right by the beach. We were seated quickly and it was busy. Seemed like a stereotypical Miami restaurant place but unfortunately the food was not that good. read more

I love that they are right off the water. Beautiful scenery. . .and I do wish the food was just as good as the scenery, but I was disappointed. I'd give the food a 3/5 and the drinks a 5/5. The pina colada my husband and I ordered was HUGE! We enjoyed that very much. My friend ordered the fish tacos and it was literally the fish you get out of the Kroger bag and warm it up in the microwave! They looked awful and he said they tasted awful as well. I had pancakes, eggs and bacon. The pancakes were not very good, the eggs were terrible and the bacon was super greasy. Anyway. . .I would not recommend this place. At all. read more

Great location, good service. Went here specifically for their Linguine shrimp and lobster pasta expecting it to be similar to their menu photo. Instead what we got was pasta so grossly overly saturated in red sauce. I like sauce, but this was absolutely swimming in a pool of red sauce. Not at all like the photo. And the lobster was by far the worst and only bad lobster I've ever had. Just absolute mush. Totally overcooked to mush, not sweet or fresh, just bland old mush. Couldn't eat it at all. My Caesar salad was fine. read more

I think on ocean 7 cafe is definitely under rated! The service was great and the workers were attentive. I like how our waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable about their vegan options. I want to call out Jeffrey.....thanks for being great! :) The food was also delicious and reasonably priced, especially since all the neighboring restaurants were twice the price. Next time I'm back in Florida, I will be sure to come back! read more
