Taro ball dessert
Huong L.

We came here since we were in the area and it's been a while. The place is pretty spacious and there wasn't that many people so it wasn't loud or anything. Ordering is through the app but there are people there to help if needed. They were pretty nice. I ordered the icy taro ball with Winter melon jelly with 0 sweetness so they gave us the syrup on the side which was nice. The dessert was fine, kind of expensive though. I kinda wish there was more varieties in it because it was mostly just tapioca like items. Overall, it was ok.

Very typical meet fresh dessert, lots of seating space and well decorated inside with their Seattle mural

Peach Guava Snow

Came to Meet Fresh for the first time today and ordered the Peach Guava Snow Foam drink. The drink was really delicious. It reminded me of a Yakult flavor type of drink. The flsvor was really delicious and fruity from the peach and guava and the texture was kind of icy and liquid. The cafe was nearly designed and clean with alot of open tables and chairs for people to sit at. The overall time to get my drink was pretty quick but when my sister ordered her drink it took really long. Overall I think this place is pretty good and my drink was really delicious so 4/5.

not maintained waffle area.

wow i'm just really disappointed in how this franchise has gone downhill. the place felt unclean, unsanitary, and honestly concerning overall. while waiting for my order, i watched a customer return his waffle because it didn't taste right. the employee, who was on her personal phone and not helping with the busy line, actually took a bite, yes, TOOK a BITE (in front of the customer) of the returned waffle and said she'd keep it and make him another. then it got worse. an employee who had been sitting at the tables on his break, on his phone and drinking boba, came behind the counter and grabbed cups from the inside with his bare hands without washing them first. only after touching the inside of the cups did he put on gloves. this was wild to witness. either the franchise owner needs to seriously rethink their staff, or this location shouldn't be operating at all, because this clearly doesn't meet basic food safety standards in washington state.

Got the mochi shaved ice to share between 3 people and it was a great portion size. It was flavorful on top, but the bottom got a bit bland as we kept digging in. I do wish it came with more toppings, and the ice wasn't quite as finely shaved or fluffy as Korean bingsu, but still not bad overall. I'd come back for their other items since I'm a huge fan of their taro balls and jelly.

Tofu Pudding with Taro and Grass Jelly with Taro Balls

I've been craving traditional Asian desserts. I came by on a Friday night. The place was packed with large groups but we were still able to find a table toward the back of the restaurant. I ordered the grass jelly with taro balls and the tofu pudding with taro chunks. The grass jelly was good and not overly sweet, which I like. The taro balls had a great chewy texture. The tofu pudding was a bit lacking in flavor, but the taro chunks were a great addition and helped balance the dish overall.

Strawberry and mango shaved ice

Came here on a sunny Friday afternoon and tried their $35 dessert set menu as part of Seattle Restaurant Week special offer! What a deal it is!! The SRW $35 deal comes with 2 drinks, 1 dessert, 1 mini signature, and 1 GIANT shave ice treat!! Got the strawberry and mango combo shave ice and the fruits are nice and fresh! One caveat - because the fruits are fresh, they won't be always on the sweet side and could occasionally be 'tart' (which goes well with the ice cream and the lightly syruped shave ice! If you don't like any tartness from the fresh fruits, I'd recommend ordering the brown sugar shave ice instead!! There was no wait at around 2:30 pm in the afternoon, and the service was fast and friendly! Also appreciate the ambiance and the sound tracks playing in the store!! Highly recommend!!!

Food was good. My favorite would have to be the Shaved Ice. We have tried a bunch of them from hot, cold, waffle to drinks. All were equally good. But we all have our faves and that mine! Place is pretty big and they have the logo when u walk in so you can take some selfie with it. Lots of choices. Service was fast. Must try!

I absolutely love this place! They have both HOT and COLD Taiwanese desserts and treats. Their shaved ice and grass jelly desserts are a must-try with so many different options. There are plenty of seats inside with a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the sweet treats. Service is friendly and efficient and there is plenty of parking, too. Highly recommend!!

Clean and open interior

I came in to grab some dessert. You can order at the kiosk, online or in person. The employees there were really friendly and helpful. The interior is very clean, modern, and has cute decor. Check out their monthly specials for great deals. I got two desserts for $16.99. I packed one to go for later. The desserts taste light on sugar, which is common in Asian desserts. I felt like it tasted okay for my red bean dessert. It felt like it tasted a little watered down. Overall, it wasn't bad for the special. I would not want to pay full price of the individual desserts.

Love MeetFresh! I usually get the shaved ice to share but was feeling a bit full from a prior meal, so my parter and I opted for an icy grass jelly dessert. This was the perfect serving for two, already full people! Ordering is mostly done through self-serve kiosks which I don't mind, and our order came fairly quickly! Will absolutely be coming back for shaved ice once it warms up!

In the mood for shaved ice but didn't feel like driving to Snow Village or Sulbim. First of all the shaved ice was coarse and didn't have a good texture. Furthermore it lacked the flavor. Also there were a few hand written notes asking people to bus their own table. That is fine but the way it was written and posted on the wall just gave me a bad vibe. This place has a good potential but would require some serious makeover.

Alex N.

What a great place to get Taiwanese desserts! Clean open space with friendly service! Lots of options to pick from too. My favorite was their bubble waffle but their taro pasta and balls are so unique and refreshing. I highly recommend sharing! I'd come back!

Rude service, we gave tips, but server was very rude yelling at customer, and say bad language while customer in store.

My child has dairy, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds allergy. I'd like to see the ingredients. I see that he can probably eat many of your desserts, except of course for the ones with dairy. Are there any desserts with sunflower or sesame seeds?

The Sesame Mochi, Sesame Rice Ball contains sesame. And for other allergy notice & guidance we will post on our album today as soon as possible. Feel free to drop a line if…

What on the menu is gluten free? None of the pictures or anything seems to indicate some things being gluten free versus others.

I think most are. All of the toppings are either a type of grass jelly or type of sugary bean. And base is shaved ice with sugar syrup. I am pretty sure Mochi toppings are gluten free because they are typically made with glutenous rice (aka sweet…

Are there any vegan options? Or is everything gelatin / animal based/ dairy?

I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing it's very limited. There's tofu dessert that is soy based. Lots of toppings have inherent gelatin to form the shape including things like taro balls, grass jelly (or jelly of any type). There's a red bean…

All three had the same fresh coconut base, but each had a completely different flavor. The mango version was refreshing with chunky mango pieces, though I personally wished it had a little more topping. The black sesame had a rich, nutty flavor that would be perfect if you're a fan of black sesame. My favorite was the tiramisu, it had a generous, flavorful tiramisu layer on top that paired really well with the coconut. I also liked that the desserts weren't overly sweet or heavy, making them a nice option when you're craving something light and refreshing. The staff was friendly, helped us choose flavors even though we arrived close to closing time, and the service was quick. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors. One helpful tip: if you're driving, you can park in the garage next door and ask the staff to validate your parking.

If you're craving some bingsoo, make the trek to Bellevue if possible. This store is shared with Xi'an Noodles with a shared restroom and wifi available. Located in the Belgate plaza, there is plenty of parking. Mixed Berry Bingsoo - my favorite bingsoo because the berries are packed with flavor, sweet, and enhance the dessert. With a mix of sweetness, tartness, and acidity, the bingsoo has balance and the contrast actually helps each flavor shine. The berry juices even add flavor to the bingsoo below (and there are berries at the bottom). The only mediocre aspect is the whipped cream on top which is just whatever. Taro Bingsoo - the menu has alternated between ube ice cream and taro ice cream but I think it's always been taro ice cream because it's not overly sweet. Red bean is also sweet but after devouring the toppings (including the ice cream), the bingsoo itself doesn't offer much. It's sweet shaved milk with condensed milk but the taro flavor isn't as potent.

YEZI COCONUT DESSERT @ BELLEVUE SQUARE…read more Good catch! Here's the corrected version with it described as a dessert: This location is inside Bellevue Square, which makes it a super convenient option if you're already shopping at the mall. If you don't want to go into Bellevue Square, they also have another location just a couple of streets away in downtown Bellevue that's a standalone shop. Honestly, I'd recommend either location depending on where you are. I've been to the downtown Bellevue location before, and while I liked it, parking can be a little difficult since it's mostly street parking and the area is pretty hilly. At the Bellevue Square location, parking is much easier. You can park in any of the mall garages or outdoor lots for free. It's first come, first serve, but weekdays are usually not too busy. Weekends tend to be much busier, though you'll probably still be able to find a spot. The shop itself is very small and can feel pretty cramped. It's difficult to move around when there are a lot of people inside, and the lines can get a bit long. There are only a few tables available for seating. I stopped by with my mom to try the Mango Mochi Coconut dessert that I'd been wanting to try for a while. It came out to around $12. The dessert itself was really good, I loved the coconut flavor. It had a smooth, pudding-like texture with soft mochi pieces that made it unique and super enjoyable. One downside was the customer service. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and everything felt a little rushed. I also thought they had a rewards program here, but apparently it's only available at some of their other locations, which was disappointing. Overall, the dessert was delicious, and this location is incredibly convenient if you're already at Bellevue Square. That said, I personally prefer their downtown Bellevue location because there's more seating and the staff there have always been much friendlier.
