I am so glad I chose Progressive in Palmdale to continue that work! I had good feelings about the place from the beginning. Breanna, in the front office, is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions about insurance coverage, and is flexible and a real problem-solver with scheduling. She's a gem. Ryan, the Program Director, has been my Physical Therapist and he's a real pro. I have appreciated his expertise and knowledge every week. He will tailor an exercise to my level of pain, is happy to demonstrate, and always asks how I'm progressing each week when we begin to work. He is unfailingly compassionate, professional, and interested in my progress. He cares. I also want to add that all of the staff at Progressive have created an upbeat, can-do atmosphere to work in. Everyone seems to genuinely like each other and offer a friendly smile and helping hand to all clients in the room. I finally got called to the back and was asked what I consider a bunch of unrelated questions about my health issues this is for physical therapy after all not an internist taking in a new patient. They finally finished with me and sent me home without any therapy he said they'll do therapy next time Not a good first impression but I'm still hopeful that the PT will be good and helpful for me. I am an amputee and have not been able to walk with my prosthetic and she already has me walking in crutches. She truly gives her whole heart into what she does and she has the best workouts as well. She made me feel my left ankle again when I had not felt it in years. She goes above and beyond what her job description calls for. Even going as far as going out of her way to investigate what foot sole would work out best for me, she truly is amazing can't stop praising her. You will not go wrong seeing her.
