They offer lash services (lash lifts, lash extensions, lash tints, etc), brow laminations, brow tinting & shaping, hair wax removals, and skin wellness procedures + injectables! I booked an appointment for hybrid lashes w/ Kim for today & I'm super happy with the results! I came with inspiration pics for reference of what I wanted: essentially the wet wispy mascara look, natural-ish but still noticeable. Kim suggested we do a kitten eye & I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! We ended up doing the kitten eye with 12mm + 13 mm. It was $50 deposit for the appt booking & it goes towards your service $. Space was very clean inside & they played calm piano tracks, super relaxing. Kim is very knowledgeable & a master of her craft in lash extensions, bringing more than 10 years of experience. She noticed my outer lashes were shorter so she informed me she was going to add short lashes, as they would be less damaging. The eyelush salon is nice itself. Seemed to be clean. Service: There is no one to greet you. I walked in and no one greeted me, no hello no good afternoon nothing of the sort. Not good first impression for a business. I reserved a lash lift and tint online- I didn't like that it wanted direct card information for the deposit. It won't let you reserve by paying through Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or something more secure. I'd recommend using a ghost card maybe for more protection incase of a data breach. The charge came up as "Lashed by Meesha" then changed to SQ EYELUSH LLC which was weird also. Kim did my lash lift and tint. I didn't feel like there wasnt tooooo much of a difference but in looking at the photos side by side I definitely see one. I can say I could've went without the tint. I'm hoping it'll look the same within the week. She killed it! With lash serum it'll definitely be something for sure. She was pleasant, efficient and on time! A lot of beauty business are lacking in that department, but not this one. Love my lash lift. It's subtle. Prices: The lift and tint was $120, you pay the $50 deposit and it becomes $70 which can be paid various ways. Don't forget to tip. Highly recommend. Update addition: Owner is super responsive. It's amazing to watch them expand and grow into such a successful business. In the beginning, my lashes look great but within a few weeks, my lashes would fall out in clumps and it would look awful. This review is long overdue and I wanted to write one for the longest time. I've been going to Eyelush for almost 4 years. I give my lashes a break once a year during the wintertime. I always end up returning to get them re-done for the summer or any vacations. The artists' work is exceptional and I've never been disappointed with any refills or sets. The lash styles I have done are cat-eye, wispy, wispy cat eye, even/open eye, etc. I like to try new lash styles to see how it would look on my face. My favorite is wispy and even/open eye. I only do volume sets because I love a fuller look. The lashes and glue are not irritating even when I am in the shower or washing my face. I read reviews about other people's experiences from other salons saying the glue burns in the shower or when they wet their faces. I never experienced anything like this here with any of the artists. Eyelush uses synthetic lashes, not mink lashes, but the lashes are still very soft. Overall, the service here is out of this world. Always remember to shower before coming to your lash appointment because it is recommended to let the glue dry for at least 24 hours. And to prevent debris build-up on your lashes, clean it daily with the cleaning solution Eyelush gives to all new clients for their first set. It contains a small amount of baby shampoo mixed with water. Pros: - Convenient: 3 locations to choose from (Quincy, Boston, & Watertown) - Very skilled artists - Online booking available: Offers multiple time slots that allow you to see all your options and you get to choose what works best for your schedule. She also works at all locations. - Trinity: Trinity is based only in the Boston location. Overall, Trinity does exceptional work as well and she is super sweet and welcoming. When doing your extensions, she makes an effort to talk to you and always makes sure you feel comfortable. Also, she always asks you what styles you want at every appointment to make sure you do not want to change your look. She takes her time when doing your lashes to make it perfect and my lashes last for weeks. The application process is always great and painless too. - Kim: I started going to Kim since the Quincy location is most convenient and closest to me now. You can only receive her services in the Quincy store. Even though she has less experience than Twee and Trinity, Kim never fails to create a glamorous set for me and most importantly my eyes are never irritated. The lash extensions are always super comfortable. She takes her time when applying each lash so it doesn't stick to other lashes because it can irritate when they clump together. She is guaranteed to get every one of your real lashes to make them appear full and thick. My lashes always last a long time with her too. And she provides recommendations of what would look best with your eye shape. Her wispy styles are gorgeous and I recommend going to her if you like this style. Also, whenever she does the voluminous even/open eye style, it makes my eyes pop since my lashes are dramatic and full. It looks like I have eyeliner on too, which makes it a bonus. She's always telling me about the new styles she's practicing to do. I tried a lot of new looks with her ranging from different fan styles and lengths. I loved them all. She's the kindest and sweetest person, she always starts a conversation with you and I could talk to her for hours. It makes time pass by faster. Had my lashes done for $220 (20% off volume set) and definitely just not worth it. My artist didn't fill the ends of my lashes or even properly fill it up in general (especially my left eye) the first time around. During the first session she kept poking my eyelid on my left eye as well and it was painful. I asked her why she didn't do my ends after the session and she said because the lashes would curl off, so I settled and went home. But it was just so ugly and uneven so I went in for a fix up and it literally looked a little better after but the left eye was still sparse and so were the ends. During the process, she almost ripped off two of my actual lashes and kept poking my eyelid as well! Then pinched my eyelid which was painful (or she ripped a lash out I couldn't tell). She was obviously rushing and like it's just horrendous I paid $220 for a rushed job. First two pics are from the first, second two from the fix up, and last three were reference pics.. It didn't look too bad after the fix up but she definitely could have done better and taken her time because this is for a voluminous set! It's been 5 days since I've had them done and I originally wasn't going to post this review but a lot of the extensions on my left eye is falling out and there's irritation mainly on my left eyelashes. I have had two tremendous Covid-safe appointments at Eye Lush since November. I had a lift and tint with Ivan in November and today a lift and tint and eyebrow shaping with Jessica. The space was very Covid secure with plenty of space between stations, a temperature check, health waiver, masks on all clients and staff, and mandatory guest hand washing. I felt very safe. I've been to this location twice- once for a lash lift and again for 2D-3D eyelash extensions. First off with the lash lift: Kim was my technician and she did an amazing job. My lashes were beautifully curled and lasted me about 6-7 weeks. I've done DIY lash perms at home with those kits they sell online and it's definitely not the same. Whereas mine always came out looking a bit "crimped" and straight up, Kim was able to perm my lashes in a way that made them look like extensions with that more elegant D curl. Mind you, if you have naturally shorter Asian lashes like mine, it did take me about a year of consistently using lash growth serum to get them to even show up on my monolids. I think otherwise the lift wouldn't have been as dramatic, so take that into consideration! I had Aly for the lash extensions. She was very sweet but unfortunately there was a bit of miscommunication and I was not happy with the way the extensions came out. I asked for longer extensions because of how much my monolids cover the lashes, and it felt like maybe she didn't have as much experience working with different eyes and tailoring lashes to fit the shape. To be fair, price points here do reflect the "expertise" of each artist, but $250 is still a pretty hefty price for level 1 artists. However, when I called them and told them that I wasn't happy with the results, Aly was able to fit me in the same day to correct the lashes. Once I more clearly explained exactly what I was looking for (i.e. specific lengths, where to start and finish on the lash line, where to put the longer lashes), she did a great job. The whole process was super comfortable (not gonna lie I did fall asleep multiple times LOL). And this is the first time that my lashes have stuck on SO well, I'm really impressed! Whatever glue or application technique they use at this salon is definitely the best I've experienced. Big thanks to the ladies at Eye Lush for their friendliness and meticulous service. It is so so important that you see someone who is experienced and a professional when it comes to your lashes! My first two experiences at other salons were downright awful. I almost strayed away from lash extensions forever because it left me with negative connotations and I felt that the poor experiences came with the territory of getting extensions. If your lashes aren't applied correctly, they look cheap. They fall off faster. They don't look natural. They could even be glued on upside down at a different angle. They even glued the extensions to more than one lash so when the extension fell off, numerous lashes would be removed as well so eventually I didn't have any lashes to apply extensions to. Twee is so personable and fun to talk to. She trained my lash specialist Bee. I LOVE BEE! I refuse to go anywhere else. I am a creature of habit and return every two weeks. They are beyond accommodating when it comes to my schedule. I got to see Bee on Thanksgiving before I got on my flight for vacation. Seriously ladies, you will not find a better value for your money. You won't regret it! I received a complimentary adorable bottle of lash friendly soap to accompany my first initial appointment. It is so convenient to make appointments as well! I INITIALLY POSTED THIS REVIEW FOR THE WRONG EYELUSH LOCATION... I wanted to fix that and post it for the correct location (Quincy). This was my review... I visited the salon yesterday and am dissatisfied with the results. I booked a 2D-3D lash appointment as I wanted fuller but still NATURAL looking lashes. I told the tech multiple times that I wanted them SHORT and did not want a cat-eye effect. Once she was done, my lashes were very long and very dark and I, of course, got the cat-eye effect too. I asked her what lashes she used and she said 4D... when I specifically booked 2D-3D. I asked her to take a bunch off and she did. I ended up leaving the salon and paying $250... Even though she removed some lashes I am still very upset about the result and am feeling very self-conscious as I feel like I look absolutely ridiculous with these huge lashes... I've booked an appointment at another salon (for $80) to get them removed now. That's $330 in less than 24 hours on lashes I didn't ask for.... UPDATE: after reaching out twice and posting my initial review someone answered me. They basically made up a million excuses, completely disregarding the fact that I was given 4D lashes even though I had signed up for 2D-3D. After I repeated a good five times that if I sign up for one thing and the technician decides to give me something else it is HER JOB to make me aware of the change AND ask if I am okay with the change before proceeding. Finally, they apologized and offered me another session, which I of course did not want as i was just at another salon getting these $250 lashes removed (which cost me an additional $80). They said that they do not offer refunds after which I said that any legitimate business should offer refunds. After that, I was left on "read" and have been ignored since. Bottom line, don't go there, as you will pretty much throw out your money in the case that they mess up and the technician just DECIDES on what to put on your face without you knowing. read more

I've been seeing Twee for years now and have been seeing one of her amazing staff, Kim, too... My first set of eyelash extensions I ever had put on were from Twee and let me tell you - they ALWAYS look good! I'm serious... always. Eyelush tailors them to fit your face, and sometimes I get different looks. I've done whispy, mega volume, cat eye... just to name a few. And this is an art and not something every artist can achieve... How do I know this? Admittedly, because I lived about a 45 minute drive - I have tried numerous other eyelash places closer to me over the years. My eyelashes would either not stay on for longer than a week and get all weird and wonky looking with random lashes poking me in the eye, there would be so much glue at the base of my lashes that it did damage to my natural lashes, or they would look like these overly fake strip lashes (or worse - FEEL like a heavy strip lash!). So moral of the story - I absolutely love, love, love my lashes every time they get done and the compliments keep coming (people literally stop me in the street which I don't hate)! They stay where they are supposed to, you can easily book your appointments online, and they don't damage my real lashes... Last Saturday I had a scheduled appointment to get an eyebrow wax and tint at the Quincy location. When I arrived there were 2 technicians at the store and both were in the middle of applying eye lash extensions. One of the girls asked the eye lash extension customer if she could step away for 5 minutes to do my wax...that should have been my first warning sign and not to mention the poor girl who had to wait in the middle of her eyelash extension apt....! She does the left eyebrow and all looks good. She goes to apply wax to the right eyebrow and somehow drips hot wax in my hair. She tried to stay as low key as possible but I could tell she was panicking. Somehow in the process of applying wax to my skin and dripping it all over my hair, she completely f***** my right eyebrow and waxed off my top arch !!!!!! Devastating. She then spent several minutes applying oil and lotion to my hair to try to get the wax out. It was a disaster. After she got the wax out of my hair she said I was done and that she would take $5 off. She did not even ask about or attempt to do my tint. She then rushed back over to her eye lash extension customer. I have been to this location 2 times before for a wax and tint and haven't had a bad experience like this. I initially found them through Yelp and was impressed the first 2 times I went but I obviously will not be going back here. They seem to have amazing reviews for lash extensions but if you are looking for a wax, don't come here. I can now Ihope that my right eyebrow arch grows back. For some reason, I feel I wasted over $200. The classic eye lashes they fixed started falling off one by one in less than 6 hours. Those on the right eye were not straight but instead lying on other lashes and facing the left or right. As for the brow tinting, it looked horrible and not neat. It was like a child was painting. I wasted $25 for nothing. The lady said do not wash your face for 24 hours so it doesn't come off. I waited 48 hours and only cleaned my face with a cleanser while avoiding the brows and lashes but the brow cleared off. I'm not sure I would be back again. It's a rip off. read more
