There were many friendly and helpful people we spoke with at various local companies, but almost no one had the equipment available. Healthline did. However, their staff was neither friendly nor helpful. If we had waited for Healthline, the need for the equipment would've passed before we got the equipment. Healthline makes you go through insurance despite the fact that we were trying to do a relatively inexpensive equipment rental. That's frustrating, but it's their business model. OK. However, we had to speak with someone with Healthline not local to Tyler. It was then revealed that days after the doctor's prescription had been received by Healthline, they had still not submitted the prescription order to insurance despite the "Expedite" notation on the order. Apparently, rather than filing the claim, Healthline employees elected to make notes to the account disparaging us, their client. This was revealed in our conversations with Audrey at Healthline. Further, Audrey consistently gave conflicting stories to us and the nurse at the doctor's office. For example, Audrey told the nurse that the hold up on the equipment rental was that Healthline was waiting on insurance approval. When I spoke with Audrey for clarification before calling the insurance carrier, Audrey let me know Healthline hadn't even submitted the claim to insurance yet. That's just one example. Why use this company when better options are available. We recommend Brickstreet Pharmacy, Access 2 Mobility, and CPS Medical.

I have gone to their office 2 times within the past year and both time I never got in the door. An older gentleman came outside and talked to me,went back inside , and then came back out again to talk to me some more. The last time I went to get a headgear for my CPAP machine and they met me on the front sidewalk and told me they were out of the headgear. Several days later I went back to get the headgear and they advised me that they did not have the name brand headgear but had an after market headgear that was just as good. After using it one month it fell apart. It was a piece of crap. I ultimately got online and ordered the correct headgear from another company. I was sent the proper headgear and it has worked fine. I am very disappointed with Lincare and am thinking about changing CPAP supplier. I could not recommend them. Richard and Avon Adams, both Lincare customers.

I called they told me I was not a patient and I would have to start over. Meantime my oxygen is not running word supposed to be since it has holes in it I did get a new medical necessity that they say they have not received but still 24 hours later I have a headache from my oxygen being so low And I would advise you to never ever use this service. I am hoping the DME gods will bring me cannulas and a new hose. At this point it will have to be from Lincare so you can imagine that I'm worried about receiving it.

Run... this place is horrible. After a Tyler podiatrist wrote a prescription for diabetic shoes…read morefor myself and my husband. We were "fitted" there. His athletic style shoe is a 1/2 size smaller than he wears. He cannot wear these shoes and never has. My experience was worse. I have diabetic amputations (toe). They insisted on putting CORK in place of a missing toe and I asked them please not to. Yet, they insisted. Medically necessary they said. The first pair of shoes they tried to force me to take, I refused. Too tight. Then they were like, oh wrong size! They sent them back, cork and all for a "wider" size to accommodate my swollen foot. Then two people proceeded to jam and work my foot into the shoe, and tell me it was a perfect fit. I said it does not feel good. They insisted a perfect fit, "it would stretch out to fit my foot after awhile." First day and last day wearing these, sure enough it rubbed a blister on the incision of where the toe was amputated. Eventually, I had another toe amputated. I never wore these shoes again. Medicare was to pay for them and they did pay these people. A FULL YEAR later I was billed for a little under $200 from this place. The first time I ever saw a bill was, ONE YEAR LATER. And Medicare had paid for these worthless and dangerous shoes. They gave me about a month to pay (I have no intention of paying for something that rubbed a blister/ulcer on my foot), now they have sent me to a shyster collection agency threatening legal action that calls night and day for their $200. I have spoken to my podiatrist about these shoes, in hopes that he never sends another diabetic foot patient to this horrible place. He has asked me to bring in the shoes to him so that he can remove the hard cork piece they placed and try to also stretch them out. I see him in a few weeks, and will bring the shoes to him. He explained that this 'place' is the only place in Tyler that fills prescriptions for diabetic shoes and that is a shame. Please don't go there if you have bad feet. Go to another city, whatever you need to do. Also it was my understanding when I went in there over a year ago, that Medicare was paying for these worthless shoes and they did. One year later I am being billed a little under $200 for something horribly fitted.

Like others, I too have had a difficult time with this office. Many weeks ago, my husband and I…read morereturned the oxygen tanks and equipment that my mother had been using. Since the lobby was busy, we were told to set everything on the sidewalk just outside the front door. That an employee would come out and get it. Others were told the very same thing. So we did what we were instructed and we left. Just a week ago, we were given the message that somebody would be out to our house to pick the tanks up, obviously we didn't have them anymore. So I immediately called the office, the phone continued to ring again and again, finally prompting me to leave a message and that someone would call me back. No one called me back. Two days later, I tried again, over and over and over again and no one answered the phone, even though it was business hours. On the fourth day of waiting, I tried a few more times and finally got somebody to answer the phone. I explained the situation, and was told that someone needed to come out to my house with a document, and have me sign off on the oxygen equipment, and that that person would call me and give me the ETA of when they would show up. No one has called and no one has shown up. I almost feel like I'm being held hostage by these people. I do know that every time I have gone into that lobby to speak to them in person, I hear the phones ringing and ringing and ringing. Even though there might be four or five people in that office space, nobody ever answers the phones. So I know that that's why no one ever answered mine. If they care anything about customer service, they have a horrible way of showing it. I quit waiting and I quit calling. If my mom gets a bill from Rotech, they will be hearing from me for sure. Do yourself a favor and get your oxygen equipment elsewhere
