I will start that my sales person did a great job and that is worth 2 stars (I guess)…read more I purchased 2 sport coats and 2 dress shirts. Was told it would take a week for the alterations. That wasn't a problem even though the person to checkout right in front of me was told his suit alterations would be done within 2 days (he was a VIP customer & I was a first time client) ok I get it. I gave the alterations an extra day and drove over 40 miles to pick up the clothes. After not finding my order the owner went to check with the alterations person. He came out and told me they weren't ready and didn't say when they would be. I expressed that I was told I could pick up my order on Tuesday the 25th and it is now Wednesday afternoon? Again zero information of when a "Non-VIP Customer" could pick-up their clothes. The owners resolve was to refund my money! Not I apologize and will get right on it. No I got the covid excuse of why they couldn't call me to let me know it would be delayed and when I could expect to pick up my clothes. Needless to say I accepted the refund and initially was charged again for the order and the owner had a staff member correct the error to the error. I understand that the options for high end clothing is minimal at best in Tyler and Harley's doesn't need new clients to shop in their store. So, old money this store caters to you as your alterations can be completed within one to two days. For the rest of us willing to pay top dollar for clothing well good luck.

That is worth money and Rega is deserving of their cut b/c the do move furniture quickly and perform related marketing chores. But a lot of people dont let go of the EMOTIONAL value of their items and get downright offended when their items only command a discounted price. So what if u paid $$$ in 1965? It's only worth $ now! So, decide what your goal will be: move fast or make oodles of $. Also, when u sign consignment agreement, the goods become property of store if unsold after 90 days and u have the option to taking your stuff back if unsold during consignment time. Many unscrupulous stores price high so items don't sell in 90 days, then, after it becomes their property the sell it and keep all the money. REGA does not do that. They are honest and work hard @ moving fast vs holding on for higher price. Staff turnover is very high. Mostly are nice & helpful but sometimes you get a surly idiot. They don't last long. Whether a buyer or a seller, go there with your eyes open. It is a hunt!!!
