Even despite the large number of customers, everything was organized at a high level: order taking was fast, the staff was polite, and they immediately gave a clear understanding of when everything would be ready. I especially appreciate that despite being busy, they try to find a solution that suits you. It is clear that every customer is important to them, even when the day is not easy. One day they told her they had just opened 30 minutes prior and were too busy to check, the other two days they told her they would call her back. That failed to happen. The following Wednesday (way more than 1-2 day max time-frame), I called to inquire the status. Not only was the owner extremely rude, but she came up with every excuse while constantly over talking me as I asked questions. She told me she would call and check status and call me back with info. When she did call me back, very unprofessionally said it would be three days (so it would arrive the following Monday. This would be 8 days after purchasing. Also, if she had already ordered it like she said, and it takes three days, why would I need to wait another 3 days if she wasn't lying?! Also, take note, the shoes they sell look just like worn, used outdated relics. The owner has one thing on her mind, and that's your money. No wonder they only offer in-store credit, otherwise I would have bought anywhere but there.
