They measured one of my girls and ordered a size smaller because the company didn't make the size she needed. They did not even call me to let me know the dress didn't come in her size. A $200 dress that didn't fit because it wasn't even close to her measurements! They were the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with! They just laughed when we spoke to them and acted like it was no big deal. Did we get reimbursement? NO! We went to JoAnn's fabric and bought material almost identical to the dress I wanted and their seamstress redesigned the top to fit my flower girl and it was just mediocre. This has been the most stressful event in my 1.5 years of planning my wedding. Save your money and time, shop somewhere else!

This was my very first day wedding dress shopping and I had the worst experience, definitely not how I wanted to start my wedding dress experience. When I walked into my appointment the lady (Sheri, I believe) was super nice and excited that I was there. She asked for my info and then I started to explain what I liked. We then went to the dresses and I noticed she was just going to whatever dress however, I wanted to let her know what my budget was (which was very reasonable.) As soon as I said what my budget was her entire persona changed. She immediately said sharply we mainly have designer and you're going to need to shop clearance to get that price. I'm fine with clearance so it was no big deal! Anyways she did not have us try to look for dresses we may like, she was only allowed to pick and choose. I noticed she was grabbing some that I knew I didn't like and I politely mentioned "hey I don't like this, or this isn't my style". We then went to the dressing room to try a few on. Instead of trying to help me into my dresses she wanted one of my family members there to help. Which was fine. But she never tried to clip or adjust anything to where it would actually fit my body better if it was altered or in my size. The first dress I tried on, I came out of the fitting room to show my mom. As I was looking in the mirror I started mentioning the things I did and didn't like so we could move forward and find something more of my style. The worker immediately butted in and said we're not here to waste time and pick apart the dress, just go try on another one. So I tried on another one that I thought was more of my style. I walked out and again and started to mention that I definitely like the shape I initially wanted more. The lady came up to me and was like you're being confusing, I don't know what you want. You say you want this but you're trying on this. She was very sharp and rude. The reason I was trying on the ones I didn't like was because she wasn't listening to me and only giving me ones SHE LIKED. So I walked towards the fitting room and the lady was like try this one on but if you put it on and don't like it, don't waste our time and come out to the platform. I was very upset by this point. She wasn't listening to me, she didn't try to find something I like, and she was mad that I was firm on my price range (keep in mind when I booked my appointment, their prices WERE NOT posted online so I had no idea what the ranges were when I booked the appointment). So I was in the dressing room and my mom and family member came into the dressing room and I explained how I was feeling. I was very upset that the lady told me not to waste our time coming to the platform if I didn't like the dress. Even if I didn't like it, I wanted to show my mom. I want this experience with my mom. So while I was attempting to change dresses the lady popped her head in and said if you like it but it's out of your price range that's not my problem. We have layaway and you have plenty of time to pay it off, it's fine if it's out of your budget. After she left I took off the dress I was attempting to put on and I was done with how I was being treated. Keep in mind I was not even 20 MINUTES into a 1hr and 30 min appointment. I got dressed and we left. I know my price range is VERY reasonable and I don't appreciate how she was having me continually try on dresses that made me look bad or were out of my budget. I truly believe she did this so that I would "fall in love" with a dress and buy it no matter the price. If she would have gotten the chance to know and understand me, she would've known that I can easily put down something that I like, but know is not within my price range. I can say I will NEVER come back to the boutique or recommend it. No bride should be pressured or coerced into a dress that is not within their budget OR be treated poorly for having a set budget.

I went to her shop to try on dresses and was not able to try on the 4 dresses from her website…read morebecause they are custom/special order dresses. I tried on dresses but I still wanted the custom dress that was pictured on her website. She was really nice and continually kept reiterating that she backs her dresses 100% so I went ahead and ordered a custom dress. The pictures are not her pictures, she is having a third party "recreate the dress". I ordered my dress Oct-18 and received the first dress Nov-18. The dress was not the dress but similar. She allowed me to return the dress and it be made again. I received the 2nd dress Jan-19 and the dress is still not the dress in the picture. I would not recommend getting a custom dress from her unless you are able to try it on. She will not provide a refund even if it is not the dress that was sent to you is not the dress you purchased. I asked for a refund and she told me no, and suggested I sell the dress. My wedding is in 2 months. There is not enough time to get a dress picked, shipped and get alterations done in time. I am now praying I can get a dress shipped in time, or I must settle for a sample dress.

I got a VIB (very important bride) experience with Olivia and Ben and was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED…read more Ben and Olivia offered to do videography and photography for this special day. We had wine and champagne with a charcuterie board and I even bought our own specially made cookies for this event. Olivia and Ben promised my family, friends, and me a whole experience and to have videography done so we can capture the "say yes to the dress" moment forever. It has been since March 18th, 2022 and I still have not received my videos or photos from my special moment and I am not able to relive it or show it to my now husband which I was really excited about, but can't because Olivia and Ben made this big promise and did not keep it. My mother has been texting and calling them since June of 2022 because we figured the videography part would take a while. Ben and Olivia said they were busy moving to Texas to start Jarvis couture. Okay we thought that is fine. Then my mother texted them daily after we waited another while and they started leaving her on "read" and left her messages open and sending her to voicemail. It hurts my family, friends and me knowing we will never be able to see the photos and videos of this big day. We have been very nice and have asked over and over again to get the photos and videos monthly now and neither Ben or Olivia will reply back to us. Since they promised to take the photos and videos for us my friends and family did not take any. Which means we have NOTHING to look back at when I said yes to MY dress! This was supposed to be a day I could look back ion but I can't because of Ben and Olivia. We have asked for even the RAW footage just said we can have it to look back on, but Olivia and Ben have left us on read. We have basically BEGGED for Olivia and Ben OVER and OVER. This was supposed to be a day I looked back on with my family and friends but I can't. I am so disappointed and I don't want them to make any empty promises to other brides on their big day and just make money off of them and they lose it and forget about those brides like they did me and my mother. They are dishonest - I entrusted them to capture one of the most spectacular days of my life - they brought all the things, the lights, camera, action - and then did NOTHING. Gave me NOTHING. I have NOTHING because my mother and I trusted Olivia and Ben Jarvis.

They even wanted to charge me for STEAMING which, I think, should be free upon purchase. I took my dress and left, without having it altered, or steamed!
