The merchandise selection sometimes does offer some very good bargains if you come in at the right…read moretime of year. The sales staff, however, gets mixed reviews. Some staffmembers are very helpful; others simply stand around when customers are nearby and don't even bother to offer any help. Other than in suits and in the Dillard's/Cremieux section , this is the basic pattern in the men's department. Another problem is the Dillard's card. Even though it's a Citibank MasterCard, it won't link to Apple Wallet. When I tried to get assistance from corporate Dillard's, the yield was zero. Trying to get help from Citibank was equally bad. I canceled the card. Again, the store often offers high-quality items at a discount, but getting assistance from staff is a coin toss.
