To cut to the chase, I'll keep this brief: I am not a fan of this place at all. If you need medication, go through Lilly Direct. It's cheaper, and you know you're getting the real thing. This place refused to show me what they were injecting into my body and couldn't tell me what brand they use. After I repeatedly expressed concern, especially since the medication wasn't doing much at all, the guy finally walked in cupping the vial in his hand with a sticker slapped on it. I'd never seen the label or heard of the company, and it very clearly looked hand-applied. Super sketchy. I've since seen other reviews claiming their medication was expired. But I can't find those reviews now? Everything they use is compounded, and was it tirzepitide or semaglutide? I was told I got both, but semaglutide is less, and I was paying for Tirzepitide. when you ask direct questions, they play dumb or straight up lie to your face. This happened nearly EVERY TIME I WENT . The doctor who signed me up told me one price. The following week, I came in and suddenly the price was different by more than a hundred dollars. and they refused to honor what I was promised, even though I was told it would be honored if I came in by the end of the week. The doctor was standing right there and pretended she didn't know me and claimed she wasn't the one who signed me up. She absolutely was. She had no problem taking my money, though. At one point she had me second-guessing myself because she swore it wasn't her, yes she lied to my face. I think they were hoping I'd let it go. I didn't . I asked the woman at the front desk, who literally had my file open, who the doctor was that I met with. She looked at the file, and stared not saying a word. surprise: it was the same doctor who had just said she'd never seen me. That was the biggest red flag of all. I should have cut my losses and left but I stayed with them thinking I didn't have a better option. The shot before my last one was a completely different consistency and entirely different color than what I'd been given before. They have a file on me as a patient and should be guiding my care, yet I was told I needed to ask for whatever they gave me previously?!?! Wild to think these "doctors" don't read or know their own patients' files. Had I known about Lilly Direct sooner, I would've gone there first. At least you know you're getting pure medication that hasn't been cut with anything else. You get the vials, you know what's going into your body and you're not "hoping" for the best. This place is a scam. Don't waste your money. Maybe I'll grow a tail later from whatever they injected into me, who knows. Expensive lesson learned, but do your research before handing this place a dime. One of the shadiest, sketchiest operations I've ever been to in my life. Ps everyone who works there looks miserable btw. I would be too if I worked at a place that was shady and lying and scamming people . Do your research, Lilly Directors IS cheaper! Beware of the "subject to availability clause." I only recommend this place if you live in the area. I started coming here because my only day available is Wednesday, and this place seemed to have good reviews so I thought it was worth a try for the semaglutide. I've tried it before but I wanted to be more consistent. I was going to start the 1mg dose however, as you move up in your dose they will want you to start coming in every 2 weeks. They will hit you with the "subject to availability clause," and tell you there's nothing they can do. For me it's already challenging coming in every month and coming in every 2 weeks is not feasible that's more time that I already don't have available. Not to mention gas and their prices are also subject to availability. I don't like that they just get to pick and chose and will most likely blame the supplier because they know they can sell more of the smaller doses rather than use the supply to fill the larger doses. I won't be coming back because they seem to value more of what they can get through the door rather than keep their consistent clients. Also, this clause is referred to when you've already taken time to go there and be seen, and not told to you over the phone, because again that'll be up to their discretion if they want to sell you the month supply or not. They might change their minds and say every 2 weeks or every week it'll be completely up to them. That's why I only recommend them if you live close by. I still gave 2 stars because the front staff is nice and office is well kept. read more

I had a severe allergic reaction to mounjaro after my fourth injection and I was told by the doctor on site that I would be given a refund if my primary care giver confirmed the results. I had a rash on my entire trunk for five weeks, had to take prednisone and all sorts of things to stop this reaction. With several medical records to confirm the reaction, I'm Now I am being refused a refund for something I had literally zero control over. Do not even waste your time here. Horrible people, horrible company and service. I had great results, and was very verbal about how happy I was prior to the reaction. I'm the type of person that's big on customer service and this place is definitely lacking in this area! I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm incompetent and as if I don't understand what they are saying, especially when they are trained to keep saying the same thing over and over like it changes anything. I highly recommend changing the way your labels are created to reflect the proper information. If everything labeled has the manufacture date, then it should NOT be listed where the expiration date goes, it should be listed properly especially since we are dealing with medication. It does not matter if you bring me the bottle and show me the labels, the product you are giving out to people is mislabeled, period! That needs to be changed immediately because you cannot argue with what is listed on your package! The expiration date says 1/21! When I called the manager assured me the pills were not expired but I wanted new pills. I went in to get them swapped out and the lady working the front desk kept going back and forth with me for a few minutes before finally leaving to go get someone from the back who came out with the bottle the pills came from to show me the manufacture date, which is 1/21. Well if it's supposed to be the manufacture date, then update your labels to reflect the proper information! I don't go to a grocery store and buy expired food, so why would I want expired pills? If you update your labels accordingly, it will fix this problem! I most definitely won't be back and will be spending my money else where. read more

Their "great staff" must've left because now all they have are girls that look like they hate their job.. I came here to get the weight loss injections. Paid a month's worh in advance only to be told two weeks in that the B12 shot is now being charged separately? Excuse me that's not what Ms Oksana told me. Whatever I paid the extra 12 dollars. Second issue, they told me I needed bloodwork and so I got it done there, paid $70 for it. The following week I get there, they couldn't find my file, turns out it was at Oksana's desk. The only reason a file would be out is if new info was received and needed to be charted right? (I'm not dumb I been working in the medical field for almost 10 yrs) so when I asked if I would see the NP the MA says in a rude tone "for what" and I said "to go over the results" She goes and asks and comes back and tells me that the results aren't in yet. What a bunch of BS. I knew I was being lied to, labs don't take over a week to be ready, especially some simple bloodwork. And her tone, really rubbed me the wrong way. I get it, you don't have to be the friendliest person but jeez work on your delivery. Today I called to see if my labs were in since supposedly they weren't available last week, oh what do you know the girl that answered said " they said that you will need to retake the bloodwork because they didn't draw enough blood last time so can you come in on Saturday?" So far, I really like this location. I've been here three times, after transferring from the Anaheim location to this one. I really like that they are affiliated with several locations, including Chino, Oceanside, Fontana, Corona, Temecula, Anaheim, this Long Beach location, and two locations in Arizona; Mesa and Scottsdale. I thought that transferring would be complicated, which is why I continued driving out to Anaheim, but it's not. I found the process to be very easy. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I explained that I am an Anaheim patient and that I wanted to transfer to Long Beach, since it's closer to home. They called the Anaheim location, gave them my information and Anaheim faxed over my records. I was immediately able to continue services there. Although services were good by everyone, there was one girl who worked in the mornings when I would go and she would weigh me in, but not tell me my results or how I'm progressing. She was overly quiet, to me; the type that wasn't social. Then we would move on with everything else and I'd forget to ask the results before leaving. This happened all the time with her. Every other place that I had been to, they would always tell you your progress and compare to the prior week, then go over any changes that you made or could make. That was the only thing that I didn't like. Other than that, I brought the "Anaheim Special" to this location! Since I came from the Anaheim location, I started asking for them to do the same combination as Anaheim, which they did and for the same price. I believe they offer it to all patients, now. Went on weekly walks ( 3 times a week - 3 miles) and I live a pretty active life with two puppies. But I did not lose weight or "lose inches" as they promised. I feel like I wasted my money. The worse part? - the times I went in to get shots, they were so nonchalant and too dismissively quick. They did not give me any helpful information or weight loss tips.
