At first glance my burn didn't seem bad but I knew it would worsen later. After filling out some paperwork and getting vitals done, PA came in. My hand felt like it was on fire and he insisted it was nothing bad just a superficial barely first degree burn. He was about to send me on my way but I think the nurse said something to where he changed his mind and put burn cream on my hand. I asked if he could put it all over and he kept telling me "it's just a superficial barely first degree burn, you're lucky. It's not that bad" I was getting irritated because as a someone who worked as a nurse, you don't minimize someone's pain like that and second I didn't care for other people's stories about how their skin is coming off. For the rest of the day I was in pain and my hand started to get worse. Blisters appeared and it was definitely not a superficial burn as the PA stated. I would have given it less stars but the MA/Nurse/front desk girls were really great. Male PA needs better bedside manners, no need to minimize others pain because "skin is still intact" This was on Sunday 09/20/2026 around 9 am

Also be aware that they now ask for a tip after each session that they preset, starting at 18-20% This was my main reason for canceling. I'll not be back. They can keep that last payment and I will have learned a good lesson in reading a contract before entering into an agreement, expecting transparency.
