Today, I took my mom for her b12 boost that she very much was needing. One thing about this location which we discovered about 3yrs ago was the friendly staff from the moment you walk into the door. Walking into a super clean environment and a very knowledgeable staff who set my mom up for success. She has gotten to know the staff and always talks highly of them. Every time my mom has needed something specific whether she needs a b12 or something to help whats possibly making her feel unwell, Shasta and the great nurses have always offered some suggestions to what would be best to remedy the problem. Shasta is the first person you see when you walk in and is very welcoming as if you were coming into her own home. I have had my own great personal encounters with the staff as well. There have been a few times where I have been unable to purchase and pick up a gift card for my mom and Shasta has been so helpful in adding the gift card to my moms account for me over the phone. Been coming to the Seal Beach location for a couple years. Great staff and so easy to get in at a moments notice. I subscribed to the membership program after just a few visits because I knew this was a good fit for my needs. I have arthritis and need certain vitamins that are much more effective via IV then pills. Prices are reasonable when dealing with alternative care programs. While the whole staff is excellent, Lily is my favorite. Whether you have a cold or a hangover, or even high stress, they will get you feeling better. It's so important to take care of yourself and the hydration room is an investment in your health. The setting is calm and peaceful and they have a convenient parking lot. This is the worst experience I've had at any of the Hydration Room locations. From the moment I walked in, I felt so unwelcome. I wasn't greeted by the woman at the front. The nurse who did my IV was fantastic and kind- that is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. I have a membership with hydration room, and at the end when I checked out, she said I couldn't use the free IV voucher at this location. I had never been told this before. And was not notified when I made the appointment. Regardless, the way that the woman at the front handled it and interacted with me was awful. She was so unfriendly and unempathetic about the situation. During the appointment the whole time, she just sat on her phone watching videos. For the amount of money that you pay to have this service, the experience should be much more pleasant. I recommend any Hydration Room location in OC besides this one. read more

I found Shasta at the front desk unpleasant on the phone and in person. She is not friendly or welcoming. I felt like I was annoying her with my questions. I did not get a good impression at all. Everyone was super friendly and I was most worried about them finding a vein given I'm fully sleeved with tattoos on both arms. No problems at all! That was already a huge win!! I thought this would be a good way to kickstart 2022. Went in today not really knowing what to get but definitely wanted a B12 shot. The process was pretty simple. I told the receptionist I only knew I wanted a B12 shot for energy and outside of that wanted to consult with someone. She showed me to a room after filling out the consent forms and the nurse came in. She was really nice and thorough and advised me to get the energy boost therapy with B12 (they just put it in the IV so no additional poking necessary) with taurine (boost for potential weight loss). The IV process was about a half hour so I'd say I was in there for no more than 45 minutes. The entire experience was great and if I feel a benefit from it I'll definitely start going more often! Today I definitely felt more alert and energized. Had little coffee so I know the IV made a difference. read more

I have been a client here for several months and have the monthly membership. The office is clean, open, and comfortable. I always make an appointment so I have never had a long wait. They have a large selection of IV therapies and injections. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons. This location is a franchise which they did not disclose when I signed up for membership, which means for my monthly free treatment I have to visit this location. This is inconvenient but not necessarily a deal breaker. Reason 2 is that I scheduled an appointment in advance and when I arrived the office was closed with a note that they did not have enough staff. I can understand staff shortages but I find it unprofessional that they at a minimum did not contact people with appointments to warn them. It cost me 45 minutes in unnecessary driving and inconvenience. It was on this day that I learned this office is not part of corporate so even though I was able to get into the HB office I had to pay. For convenience alone I will probably cancel my membership and re-enroll at corporate where I will have more choices in locations to visit. read more
