Today, I took my mom for her b12 boost that she very much was needing. One thing about this location which we discovered about 3yrs ago was the friendly staff from the moment you walk into the door. Walking into a super clean environment and a very knowledgeable staff who set my mom up for success. She has gotten to know the staff and always talks highly of them. Every time my mom has needed something specific whether she needs a b12 or something to help whats possibly making her feel unwell, Shasta and the great nurses have always offered some suggestions to what would be best to remedy the problem. Shasta is the first person you see when you walk in and is very welcoming as if you were coming into her own home. I have had my own great personal encounters with the staff as well. There have been a few times where I have been unable to purchase and pick up a gift card for my mom and Shasta has been so helpful in adding the gift card to my moms account for me over the phone. Although I had an appointment, I was skipped multiple times while walk-ins were taken ahead of me, including one who arrived after I did. After waiting over 30 minutes and being told I was next, I was bypassed again. What concerned me most was being publicly confronted about my Yelp review while I was still receiving treatment. That did not feel professional. That said, the nurse sincerely apologized, acknowledged there had been miscommunication, and management made a genuine effort to make things right. I am extremely disappointed with The Hydration Room's billing practices. I canceled my membership over a month ago, following the procedures I was given. To make sure everything was handled correctly, I even spoke with a representative yesterday who confirmed my cancellation. Despite that confirmation, I was charged again. At this point, it feels like the company is either incapable of properly managing customer accounts or is intentionally continuing to bill former members. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up and monitor their accounts after canceling a service. The treatments may be fine, but none of that matters if customers cannot trust the company to honor cancellations and stop charging their credit cards. I now have to spend additional time disputing charges that never should have occurred in the first place. I would strongly advise anyone considering a membership to keep detailed records of all cancellation requests and monitor their bank statements closely. read more

Been coming to the Seal Beach location for a couple years. Great staff and so easy to get in at a moments notice. I subscribed to the membership program after just a few visits because I knew this was a good fit for my needs. I have arthritis and need certain vitamins that are much more effective via IV then pills. Prices are reasonable when dealing with alternative care programs. Hydration room is a fantastic health spa offering custom IVs and injections for whatever ails you. They are extremely professional, kind, and caring. While the whole staff is excellent, Lily is my favorite. Whether you have a cold or a hangover, or even high stress, they will get you feeling better. It's so important to take care of yourself and the hydration room is an investment in your health. The setting is calm and peaceful and they have a convenient parking lot. I found Shasta at the front desk unpleasant on the phone and in person. She is not friendly or welcoming. I felt like I was annoying her with my questions. I did not get a good impression at all. The nurse who did my infusion was great, kind, and approachable. I will come back for the infusions but I will limit my interaction with Shasta. read more

This is the worst experience I've had at any of the Hydration Room locations. From the moment I walked in, I felt so unwelcome. I wasn't greeted by the woman at the front. The nurse who did my IV was fantastic and kind- that is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. I have a membership with hydration room, and at the end when I checked out, she said I couldn't use the free IV voucher at this location. I had never been told this before. And was not notified when I made the appointment. Regardless, the way that the woman at the front handled it and interacted with me was awful. She was so unfriendly and unempathetic about the situation. During the appointment the whole time, she just sat on her phone watching videos. For the amount of money that you pay to have this service, the experience should be much more pleasant. I recommend any Hydration Room location in OC besides this one. read more
