When you're hurting, you do and say things you don't mean. You turn into an angry, ugly person. Someone you truly are not. To those who could not handle it, I'm sorry. I truly am sorry. When you get into a really bad state, sleeping is rare. You lay awake through the night, thinking, weeping and panicking. Essentially, wishing you were dead. Waking up in the morning and carrying on like a "normal human" is not the easiest thing in the world to do, when just 12 hours ago you were praying to fall asleep and not wake up. Some would say I was unmotivated, boring or mean. They weren't wrong, but if only they knew. When you're depressed, it is difficult to reach out. READ BELOW (1) Upon meeting her for the 1st time and telling her who I was referred by her response was " They're a crazy family ". Who says that!? I was shocked! (2) I brought a new elderly patient to see her who was suffering from some memory loss and a physical concern. When Cho was explaining to the patient what she thought she could do for her, and the patient asked some questions, the doctor's response was " Why aren't you understanding me, (my name) is getting it". YES, this INSENSITIVE MD actually said this to a Patient with memory concerns!! Once again, I was in shock but was so wanting to get help for someone in need, I let CHO on , instead of what would I normally would be inclined to do which would be to QUICKLY get up from my chair tell her off! But instead, I bit my tongue and decided to deal with Cho at a more appropriate time. Not in front of a patient in need of medical care. (3) Blood pressure Issues? Go to a an MD who is qualified and SPECIALIZES in high BPS!!! Enough said....you get my drift. (4) MY LAST and FINAL visit to this woman - after I told her I had gone to another doctor for a second opinion, she arrogantly stated, " I don't have to see you again, you can go back to the other doctor, I'll need to think about if I want to see you". ..But of course she did see me because CHO is all about the Benjamins:-). And this woman didn't stop there with her inappropriate comments, she followed with, " I don't NEED money, I'M SET FOR LIFE, I only practice medicine because I want to ".

After abruptly being told to go find care elsewhere because I said I was frustrated I couldn't get a hold of them after several texts and calls, I was shocked. They didn't offer a solution after I took time off work and spent 400+ on a 30 min consult only to end up chasing them for simple answers. This could have easily been solved by a call or text answering my questions and helping me with my lab order. It was only when I mentioned leaving a review, where I was offered a call and solution. Showing they care more about bottom line than patient communication and care. I do feel like it's important to leave a review, because before this appointment I did my research and finally was seeking someone to help me more than regular doctors and willing to pay out of pocket for it. You trust an office like this to treat you with care and finally help and instead they left me with no care, disappointed, and now out a few hundred wasted. It's really disappointing The Dr was nice in person but I hope they take this feedback and improve their front office practices and patient communication, because what is the point of care if you can't trust to be communicated with a clear process, and avoid glitchy systems and abrupt answers.

His website offers "memberships" and weird parking lot visits and med students. Sounds sketchy as hell and I'm so mad he is still even operating as a doctor. I talked to my insurance company so many times telling them it was a total fraud and not to pay it but they didn't seem as upset as I was. Now I am still getting notices that they have paid the claim. So annoying. I actually recently received a $120 bill from the same date of service trying to get me to pay more 5 years later. He's still at his scam. Please shut this guy down BBB.

No, No and NO!!!!! I am sorry, but their overpriced drips and terrible staff are not worth it! Before the owner challenges everything I'm saying because "we dont have anyone by this name", understand that everyone could have a different name on Yelp & for the sake of HIPPA violation. This happened a fews back 1: Your nurse , Ashley, was late! She then forgot a few of the ingredients for my drip. She then complained about how far she had to drive to re stock them. I got just hydration and a few vitamins instead of my immunity drip i had requested 2: I called to report this and the girl named Reesha said that they dont have these problems that people like De_ i L-va- o & Pa- i- Hi_to_ use their services so this was a one off. See what I mean about Hippa ? I get drips all the time at other places but wanted to try them since I got a coupon from a co worker. (Drip San Diego location) Drip came to us last night when I called for a very last second appointment yesterday. I called at 6pm asking for an immediate iv and the lady on the phone (I forgot her name) quickly called Heidi (one of the nurses who administers the IVs) to see if she could come to us after her last appointment.. they had Heidi at my house by 7:30, only an hour and half after I called!! I had called about 5 different places before finding drip asking them if they had anything available for an ASAP order and I had no luck. I'm so happy and grateful that I called drip! Heidi, the nurse, was so kind, patient, and sweet, she helped my boyfriend a lot with his anxieties and concerns with the IV. Obviously, I knew that I would have little to no luck trying to find anyone that had open slots so late and so last second. My boyfriend had a terrible hangover so when I called I was in a bit of a panic but the amount of care that drip had to get to me last night, really just warms my heart. I have a chronic illness called Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome that requires me to get IV hydration whenever I have an episode, which usually lasts 4-7 days. I decided to try this so I can avoid the ER and UrgentCare and get hydration in the comfort of my own home. I'm not currently having a vomiting episode but wanted to get a system in place for when I am sick, so I chose to get an immunity boost with some B vitamins today. A male nurse named Trey came and hooked me up with my IV hydration and vitamins while I relaxed on my couch. The process was easy and Trey was awesome. I will definitely use this company and ask for Trey specifically every time I have a vomiting episode or just need IV fluids. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs hydration, even if it's just for a hangover or an immunity boost. read more

Their ivs don't work , you can tell it's bad quality , they use cheap stuff which i regret injecting because i felt so weak and brain foggy for the next few days. I've never had an experience like that before with other ivs! They charged me $600 to come to my home, asked me to send my credit card info through text which is so sketchy ! I don't know how they operate legally ! This company needs to get audited ! Worst customer service , money hungry people! Please don't ever come here! He sent the nurse to an old address after we gave him the address of our hotel. When I arrived it turned out to be a very random office building that they don't do appointments out of and also then right before my appointment they texted me that I needed to buy a full IV package. Kyle took the time to ask me health questions about my son, unlike other IV places that just want to hook you up with no questions asked. That kind of care put me at ease. I called in the early evening, and my son was scheduled for 11 AM the next day! My son said the nurse did a great job with the IV and was very friendly. If you want a quality IV, with a nurse that comes right to your home and knows how to insert and IV with ease, this is the place to call. 5 stars all the way!

I called Liquid Life Mobile IV when I was in a really bad state suffering a 48hr migraine. I suffer from chronic migraines so am used to migraines and headaches but this was something else. The pain was relentless. I'd taken all of my regular anti migraine drugs, visited Urgent Care for some pain shots the day before, and was still in total agony unable to talk/ walk/ function. I called another IV provider and the person on the phone was clearly not connected to the company, didn't know anything about the specifics of the infusion and didn't give me the confidence in booking. In contrast, when I called Liquid Life, one of the founders answered the phone like it was her cellphone and immediately walked me through what the contents of the IVs were, that they used RNs, high quality ingredients and could be there within 1 hour. She patiently walked through the IV combo with me until I heard back from my neurologist on what I could and couldn't take. After I booked the apt, the nurse arrived as scheduled. She was super polite and calm- not too chatty but not cold and unfriendly. She put the IV in right away and I knocked out for about 40 mins as she quietly waited nearby. When the IV finished I felt a complete break in pain (like 60% better) which was unbelievable- and I didn't have to suffer the ER to get the same treatment. She packed up quickly and was out the door. Truly this service was an absolute lifesaver for me. The owner who organized everything was so compassionate and just what you need to hear when you're feeling terrible. I won't even think twice about using them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an emergency treatment when they can't face the ER, or a wellness boost as part of ongoing maintenance! Their prices were completely competitive and considering it's an at home service, totally reasonable. Thank you so much!!!
