And it is NOT EASY to make those appointments. His doctors (because he has many) were sometimes booked out a month and a half or only available for tiny windows within a week. They refused to give us a refund after they auto-renewed our account after a year. When the doctor said it was our last appointment, I assumed we were done. However, they continued to bill us for 3 months before I noticed what was happening. I was told repeatedly that they have a strict no-refund policy. Even though they have made NO effort to contact us. No communication alerting us to this renewal. No attempts to schedule new appointments. I find this unethical. Unfair. If the services themselves were phenomenal, I would at least give 3 stars.
