Dr. Keith and his team truly are as professional and friendly as everyone says they are. They were very kind and patient with me--they even gave me a juice box when they found out I haven't eaten all day! I was self pay and it was so affordable I was surprised. In addition to their world-class service, the really great thing about their brand new (and snazzy!) clinic is that they built the facility during the pandemic so it's super sanitized with UV lights that kill viruses and even filters the air! Medhero has helped me many times this past year in amazing ways. They see me on time and never wait more than 5 minutes and the staff is so friendly and supportive. Medhero is our local Urgent Care and with two small kiddos we visit a lot. Every time we've had caring clinicians, medical assistants and staff taking care of us. We always call ahead to check on the wait, have never had to wait long for checkin or an exam room and they take great care to listen and help. Our 2 and 4 year old actually ask to go to medhero when they are sick bc they feel comfortable and taken care of. So impressed with this urgent care! It fills The gap. They do blood work, on site, x-rays, you can make an appointment online and they give you a text when you are 20 minutes before check in so one doesn't need to spend hours on the waiting room. The establishment is very clean, staff is very competent and professional. I wish all doctors office were this good!! We were able to do all The testing on site to rule things out. Get an IV to get hydration level back up and begin on the mend without spending 6 hours in an ER and being charged unnecessary amounts of money. I highly recommend. read more

Medhero saves the day! My 55 year old husband crashed going downhill on his triathlon bike. He thought he would be fine but his wounds wouldn't stop bleeding. So we headed to Medhero. We waited for as long as it took to fill out the paperwork- on our phones, so it's not really paperwork. Sure enough, he needed 11 stitches, a couple mesh bandages, some butterfly bandages, a tetanus shot and an antibiotic prescription. X-rays were all clear. This all happened in less than 2 hours. He was treated so well. I highly recommend Medhero. All the staff were outstanding. Thank you. I hope we don't need you again but I'm glad you're there just in case. read more

Needed a few stitches late on a Sunday. I tried to reach two urgent care places to make sure I could get in and neither would even pick up the phone leaving you in an endless loop. Such great service, they were so sweet and gentle and quick to help my daughter who required staples on her scalp. It was the nicest urgent care I have been to, and even though it was a Sunday and they couldn't confirm our insurance right then and there, they still just charged me a copay and said they would bill me if there was an issue. We all know how difficult it is to find a doctor. A doctor who really listens to you, a doctor who understands you, a doctor who really cares about their patients. We also know how difficult it is right now to even get an appointment with your primary care doctor. I was extremely sick for almost 5 days. I could not so much as even get through to my own doctor to get an appt. I was terrified I had Covid based on my symptoms. I tried to go get a Covid test the first day I felt ill because I take care of my mom and was extremely worried if I had it, I would infect her. I searched everywhere and not a single available appt within a 35 mile radius for a free test. I started searching rapid Covid test places and found Medhero. The price for a rapid test was standard-$149.00 with results in 15mins. I decided even though it was a hefty price to pay knowing was more important so I walked in, got swabbed, waiting in my car for 15 mins, went back in to get my good news that I tested negative for it. All though I was still very ill I still had relief. Within just 3 days I had gotten even more ill. I'm talking the coldest, hottest, worst body aches, throbbing headaches of my life. Throughout the time I was sick I was desperately trying to get an appointment to see my primary care doctor but of course even after hours of waiting on hold daily, nothing. Yesterday, I couldn't handle it anymore and decided to go back to Medhero and pay out of pocket to see a doctor. I was a bit reluctant as I knew nothing about the doctors that worked there. But, again desperate me had to take desperate measures. Fortunately, there is nothing about this place that makes you feel you are not at the right place. Friendly staff, clean inside, artwork that calms your soul while you wait, large rooms, advanced technology, and best.. a doctor who is amazing! I saw Amanda Vecchio PA. She was what I consider one of the best doctors I could possibly have found. She was understanding, she listened, and she concurred. She treated me immediately with everything I needed to get better. Today, I woke up feeling like a new me! Not a single issue relating to the illness I just suffered through for the past 5 days. I'am in absolute shock! I'am incredibly grateful this doctor. This world needs her and I am so exciting for everyone that gets to see her because she is what we all need. A doctor who cares. A doctor with knowledge. A doctor who will get you better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating me. You not only cured me, you allowed me to continue to take care of my mom. After the entire staff took immediate care of my 10 year old daughter with gentle and loving attention a few weeks ago. When my niece visiting from abroad fell ill there was no doubt on where she would be taken to. Dr "K" and his family/team treat not only the pain and or discomfort of their patients, they treat the person as an individual with the utmost compassion. They ask questions about the individual, pinpoint the correct medical questions and in turn ease their symptoms and anxieties immediately. I live very close to MedHero and was not aware that it had opened. I went to two of my regular Urgent Care places after getting a freak spider bite that turned into cellulitis. They both closed earlier than their advertised online time and blamed it on covid. I was exhausted, furious, itchy, and in pain so started googling in an attempt to avoid the ER. I was thrilled to find MedHero! They did a thorough exam and treated me with oral antibiotics, topical antibiotic cream, and advised me to take Benadryl for the itch. I was able to buy the antibiotics and cream on site to save me another stop at CVS! Amen. Yes, it is run by ER guys and is super clean and modern as mentioned in other reviews. I wish them the best of luck...this is a hidden gem! read more

MedHero and Dr. Y were great! On a recent Thursday night my 13 year-old took a softball to the ring finger knuckle. Friday morning we went to MedHero for an x-ray because it wasn't getting better. Note: many urgent care facilities do not have x-ray machines. These guys do. Within half an hour they had her hand x-rayed, diagnosed (broken knuckle), and on our way with a referral to a hand specialist. Now, two weeks later, she is healing up. The staff was really friendly, it was quick, they had the right equipment for sports injuries, and Dr. Yablonicky (an ER doctor) and his staff were very compassionate and made my kid feel cared for! read more

So my first experience at MedHero was to get a Facial with Lisa. She is fantastic, her facial was both relaxing and effective as my skin felt and looked great. I am a pretty seasoned facial client and after seeing Lisa, my skin has never looked better. This past month, I booked a special for Laser Resurfacing with Meredith and also had a great experience. She explained the procedure and was super knowledgeable. I numbed for about 45 minutes prior to the treatment in a special private room with lounge chairs and a TV. I am super pain wimp but Meredith was great! She was calm and helped me work through the treatment which was very manageable. My skin is starting to turnover and I am excited to see my results. I look forward to going back to see Meredith for more cosmetic and skincare work. Now today was my 3rd visit to MedHero....this time...COVID TESTS! My daughters are in pods and there was some concern over exposure in one pod so to be super cautious, I took my daughters to MedHero for the Rapid Test. Super easy, walk-in although you can book an appointment online. Dr Y. came in within 15 minutes and gave us our negative results. YAY! I'll definitely bring my family back here for any urgent care needs - they are open 8am-8pm. So overall, I have had three very good experiences at MedHero. Only go to this place, if you have a full day to wast. I walked in, they had me register on my phone, told me I will be seen in 15 minutes. An hour later, I asked when I was gonna be seen, and one of the personnel in a very insulting tone, told me I'm welcome to leave and it could take another 10 minutes. He really needs to learn some manners. I still waited another 15 minutes and realized I could be there for hours. I left without seeing a doctor. What a wast of time. Hate what they did. read more

Got my first Botox treatment last week at MEDHERO with Dr. Yablonicky! When one of my friends recommended MEDHERO for Botox, I had no idea they offered wellness services as well as urgent care. I also was hesitant about where to go for Botox because I had never had it before (my dermatologist does not do much cosmetic derm), so it was nice to have a friend make a the recommendation. It was a great experience: super fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonably priced, and a lovely facility. Everyone was wearing masks, which was great too. Dr. Yablonicky explained exactly what to expect after the the treatment, which I really appreciated since it was my first time having it done (in between my eyebrows).
