Checked my online portal several times, always with $0 balance outstanding. Imagine my surprise when they send me to collections, all while still showing no balance due on my account. I saw Brooke today 3.11.26 she was great and was done at 8:25 . Usually Nakelish is great but not today. After Brooke was done I waited 15 minutes usually it's 5 min to get my shot. So I opened the door of my room after 15 min and saw Nakelish at her computer she said she would prepare my shot which should have been done after she first saw me 30 min earlier. Five minutes later she gave me the shot. I was the first person in a 8am with nobody in waiting room so they weren't busy and at the very least the right thing to do was to apologize for keeping me waiting when she came in She didn't! Poor service to a long time patient. Nakelish is better than that! read more
