My appointment was at 9:30am. So I arrived around 10 minutes early. There was no wait and the receptionist finished checking me in at 9:24am. (There is paperwork to fill in for new patients, which they have you print out at home and fill out beforehand. I've never had to do that before, but something to note if you don't have a printer. I would assume they have workarounds.) They have a waiting area, where I waited before I was put in a room and checked for vitals at 9:38. And I was seen by the doctor at 9:49. So pretty standard wait time. Staff was nice and friendly. They have a small kitchen area where you can get water. Their water machine was broken but the receptionist was happy to help me pour it out of the jug into my bottle. They have wifi while you wait (connection was pretty bad, otherwise. Internet was barely working in my phone. I have ATT.) Also, they have you wash your hands before coming in. Seems like the waiting area has a lot of books so maybe it's to keep everything clean for all patients. Apparently not a Korean clinic, but the owner is Korean, doctors speak Korean, and they have many Korean patients. My care was in English. I saw the newest doctor there, Dr. Yu, who gave me an annual physical. She listened to all my questions and provided good information, as well as looked through my past information and helped me order bloodwork. They apparently can do blood work on site Tuesdays and Thursdays after 10am, or you can go through Labcorp. Overall, it was convenient, and the clinic was nice. I got an appointment pretty quickly (within a couple weeks of scheduling).

When I called him on it and mentioned the thousands of dollars Dr Moasis had billed me and my mother's insurance, he apologized and said he was out of line. He repeatedly asked me to delete the phone message he left me. I sent a letter and copy of voice message translation to Dr Moasis but NEVER got any response. It seemed like Dr Moasis' biggest goal was to continually schedule return appointments for no reason at all except a "follow up" so he could bill my insurance. I know he is on his own now and starting up his practice, but his lack of organization and even the most cursory exam of me during my two year time with him is ridiculous. the unnecessary follow up appts just to bill my insurance were bordering on dishonesty. So glad I found another doctor who actually examined me and provided valuable input so I could resolve an ear issue I didn't even know existed that had been impacting my hearing for 3 years!.
