It was nothing but God that sent me in my basement to see my boiler was flaming from underneath…read more Usually there's a glow but this was different the flames were coming outside of the boiler, the parts and chute was covered in soot. I immediately called the gas company and they came and shut off the gas line. It's the dead of the winter and now I have no heat. I didn't know where to begin. I checked the internet but nothing jumped out at me. I went on yelp and began reading reviews and I ran across Lawrence heating & air. I called spoke to a woman who was very pleasant and told me a tech could come out to assess the boiler to see if it was still usable. Joe came and he looked at it and said it it's a hazard. With all the rust and corrosion and not to mention whatever was on fire. He said it needed replacing. He talked to me about the options and stated I would get an email from the owner of my options. 30 mins later the email was there and everything was included. All the info I needed to know about the unit, specs, warranty, parts/tubing for replacement, price. It was a proposal. I reached out to Lawrence with my questions and he answered right away. I also stated my elderly dad lives with me and elderly need service as soon as possible. That was no problem. He sent me payment options as well. Once I accepted the proposal and date was locked in and they techs came the next day on time. Randy showed up first, then Joe & Chaly. They immediately put down floor draping and loaded all of the supplies , pipes , boiler, etc. They opened all the radiators starting at the top. All of them were pleasant and very Knowledgeable about their job. Any questions I asked Randy explained. They cleaned up behind themselves and made sure everything was put back in place. Once they were done Randy told me about my new unit and what was removed and put in. This company made the entire stressful event so much more easier, like a weight had been lifted. We agreed. He promised us a contract and to execute on the installation by the end of April, 2017. After persistent efforts to make contact via text and telephone, to which Mr. Duncan did not respond, he finally responded on 5/11/17. He agreed to come again to our home and get the installation process started by May 12 or May 26, 2017. We never heard from him again until we sent a strongly-worded text to him on July 11, 2017. He responded by saying he got "overwhelmed...was having some problems with some help...and was not taking on "any more projects until October, 2017." Mr. Duncan lied to us about the installation. He never communicated with us for months. He kept us waiting for this HVAV installation, delaying it for 5 months.

$150 waste of money for diagnostic. When we called this morning to make an appointment we…read morespecifically asked if they work on the oil heaters in levittown knowing that its a niche thing. The woman on the phone assured us that they do. The first thing the hvac gentlemen said is "we don't really work on these oil heaters". When i said to him that we specifically asked the woman about it he told us "she's just dispatch". We were told that the soot needed to be cleaned(over $2700), they may need to remove the wall to do it which would cost more, and they don't replace the wall if they take it down. Then after all of that, they would be able to diagnose what is actually wrong with the heater, if its something more than a cleaning. If you live in Levittown, don't walk...run! You might as well throw your $150 in a hole and call someone else. Benjamin Franklin came out and hour later and fixed it for $417.
