I said fine I had already purchased a replacement ceiling fan and I paid him $300 for the additional item that he said was electrician they the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and proceeded to try to install the ceiling fan. I don't know specifically what he did, but I want him remove the ceiling fan brand new out of the box on and meant the ceiling fan as he was installing it and the ceiling fan didn't work. I was watching him the entire process, but he around and says oh the ceiling fan must be defective. It must've been bent The ceiling fan wasn't banned. I watched him take the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and subsequently bent it when he was trying to install it then he says well you have the packing ceiling fan came in. You can return it to the store and get a replacement. The problem is that I now have a broken ceiling fan installed in my ceiling so how am I supposed to remove the broken ceiling fan? I'm not electrician. I subsequently called American home shield and JCJ did not respond. I would anyone to use this company incompetent if not corrupt and the only reason why I even utilize them was because they were the assigned contractor with American home shield

On the first occasion, Millman installed all new lighting fixtures throughout my place, which I had pre-purchased online. Most were replacements, three required new mounts and runs. Also had motion sensitive switches and dimmer switches installed. I supplied LED bulbs to be used in each fixture. Outstanding job. The second time, I had most of the electrical in my two bathrooms updated, new LED ceiling fans, LED lighting over the shower in one bath and the tub in another, and the bathroom switching reworked. I called an electrical inspector who came out and did a complete inspection of the home. He found several electrical wires that were high voltage and not installed properly violating code. In addition, he made several recommendations regarding other issues in the home. We asked if there was an electrical contractor he could recommend that could do the required work in addition to several other small items we wanted to address (lights not working-fans that were working sporadically-broken doorbell-exterior outlet that needed removal). He recommended Powell's Electric - he said he knew the family that owned the company for decades and they were excellent. I contacted Powell's and they sent two technicians to our home - it was very easy scheduling an appointment, and they came right on time. They spent over 3 hours repairing the faulty installation of the high voltage wires, removing excessive, exposed wiring that was no longer connected to anything. They repaired the doorbell, outside lighting, removed the electrical outlet in the front yard that was for sidewalk lights that were no longer there. They completed all of the work efficiently and diligently. We felt very confident they knew exactly how to approach each issue.
