He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . He had the best price and moved his scheduled around to accommodate my current needs (house selling, inspections, etc) He was there early and had finished by the time he was actually supposed to be there. It was a simple outlet issue and instead of charging for the outlet, he showed me that the outlet was good just needed to be rewired. He really could have ran the price up but chose to be genuine and when you have someone like that (much like a good barber or mechanic) you don't go elsewhere and you go out of your way to tell people about them. Danny and Evan were so clutch for our house in Wyndmoor, PA. We had contacted several electricians…read morein our area, and the few who did respond were vague about their approach to our project and quoted way out of our realm. Danny and Evan responded quickly through e-mail and phone, and were out to see our project within 24 hrs of first contact. We needed a new 30 AMP dryer outlet, and also a brand new electrical line to our circuit breaker. Evan and Danny were honest about the work, time, and materials to complete, as well as cost. We had a quote in our hands the same night we spoke to them. They were able to schedule the work for a Monday after we accepted the quote on a Friday. The work was great and we are really happy that we could upgrade our laundry game so quickly because of Wescott Electrical. We also reached back out to Evan and Danny about a lighting project that we had attempted to setup on our own, and they came out within 24 hrs to support us. We had gotten pretty far, but lacked the expertise for rewiring the light switch. They told us that we didn't even have to go that far and provided us a quick fix of how to finish the lighting ourselves. Which worked! Amazingly! They didn't ask for any money, and offered to quote us for additional features for the lighting project, and we had the quote in our hands the same night they came and saved our project. We were able to schedule them to come out with in days to add on the features as well. Wescott doesn't look at it's customers as a check book, but more of an extension of their family. We have several other small but ambitious projects that we plan on collaborating with them on as well. We've used several electricians in multiple homes over the last 10 years, and Wescott Electrical has been the first to show up when they say, do what they say, and charge an amount that is reasonable. No other company which is a total 5 in the area has checked all of those boxes.
