By default they cook the beef medium, unless you ask otherwise. And for some reason they expect you to have it medium so they won't ask how you'd like your meet cooked! I prefer medium well, it was ever so slightly over cooked, despite the waitress claims. The meet is good, however it needs plenty more seasoning, so the flavour of the burger won't easily wash away!
