    Falafel flat bread

Absolutely brilliant! This cafe was suggested by a lady at the Crescent Museum and we were happy we came. The food tasted awesome and each dish was distinct. We tried the Asian noodle salad--great flavors and light. The smashed avocado toast was earthy greens. The cheddar and ham sandwich was excellently grilled and crunchy with melted cheese. The falafel flat bread was a great combo of flavors. If you are in Bath, stop here. I am sure their breakfast is as good as their lunch.

Entering the cafe it was small and didn't have too much seating options. I got the focaccia and hummus and it was delicious! The Luscombe cider was sweet and smooth! My friend got the cream cheese bruschetta and she said it was amazing!

The cafe is a hole in the wall with communal seating and a few other tables inside and some outside. It's a bit packed inside but still quite charming with all the mismatched colorful decor. The service was sweet and efficient. Once seated, we were provided the menus and had our orders taken. The food came out fast and we paid at the front. I don't normally eat breakfast and got the Granola. It was fine--your typical yogurt, granola, and berries. It was tart, crunchy, and sweet--they provide a side of honey. I had half and gave the rest away because I wasn't hungry. Also ordered were the Bubble and Squeak and Fruit Pancakes. Oh my gosh, I had multiple bites of the Bubble and Squeak because it was so good! If I were hungrier I'd order this for myself. It's a delicious harmony of savory filling goodness. Loved the mashed potatoes and all the proteins. Highly recommend! Wild Cafe is an affordably delicious spot for all-day breakfast and brunch. Found on a corner in Bath off Queen Street, it's a must for yummy food!

The portions are large and the food is crazy. Good. We went in there and ordered nice big plates of food and wound up sharing them with each other because everybody got something different. I was so pleased that while I was eating off of someone else's plate that they were enjoying the food off of mine at the same time. Plan ahead for when you're gonna get there. I recommend that one hour to 30 minutes before they close get your order in and that's a sure far away to get you to the head of the line at the end of the day.

The space itself has a hipster casual vibe, which is definitely a scene I'm comfortable in. Lots of wood and dark colors and fun light fixtures, there's even a few tables outside (but good luck snagging those during even remotely nice weather!). It's a relaxed atmosphere that's great for groups of friends, breakfast dates, or solo travelers looking to hide in a corner and study. If you're a fan of a bloody mary, definitely be sure to get one here! Unfortunately, in my opinion, both the food and the service were tremendously disappointing. I'll start with the former: I ordered the Vegetarian Breakfast that comes with a fried egg, grilled halloumi, mushrooms, baked beans, grilled tomato, spinach and hashbrowns. According to the menu, there's also unlimited toast and tea (or americano) when no substitutions, but neither of those options were apparently available to me. The food itself was plentiful, but unmemorable (and bland) compared to similar breakfasts I've had elsewhere. And the staff was, for lack of a kinder word, rude. Dismissive, too. It was actually the worst service I had during my entire trip, and it stinks when a place stands out for that, but that's what I'm gonna remember from SSBD.

The barista was very friendly and quick. I really enjoyed the soy latte but it wasn't the best I've ever had. It was very foamy for a soy drink which I really liked. I didn't get to see the downstairs sitting area but I assume most people must be working on their computers since it was extremely quiet. Overall, very happy to have found this place and I still regret not buying one of their tote bags! I hope to come back to give it another try.

We ordered a soya latte with extra ice and the cold brew with soya. The extremely friendly baristas were super awesome about accommodating us - my mom's drink (the soya latte) was one of the best she had while we visited the city. My bad on the cold brew (because it's a bit different where I'm from): I had no idea that it came in these small brown glass bottles here. The staff was totally willing to open it, pour it into a glass with ice, and add a splash of soya for me for no additional charge. I don't know if this is the norm, but it's that kind of extra step that makes a customer loyal! I would be here regularly if I lived nearby - on a side note: I kept the brown bottle to bring home to use as a little flour vase. So cute, and as a coffee lover, I appreciated the tasting notes and its brew date. One of my biggest foodie regrets while visiting Bath is not checking out the Society Cafe on Kingsmead Square - it's much larger and offers an abundance of outdoor seating. It's important to note that several photos on THAT Yelp listing are actually for THIS location (if you're looking, the tighter space at the register area is here at The Corridor for example).

Disappear down the little footwell steps on the right, on the far side of Pulteney Bridge from Bath centre and walk round the terrace pathway to find the entrance. Inside is a reasonably spacious cafe, jolly and busy. But, best of all, are the outside tables and seats on the path or even better, those back round the corner on the small terrace area overlooking the weir, almost underneath the beautiful Pulteney Bridge and with wonderful views of the imposing buildings opposite on Grand Parade and beyond. Location, just excellent. Make friends with the constant stream of passers by. And the food and drinks not bad either, good quality cafe grub, lovely salmon and eggs benedict for instance and the fresh coffee is nice and strong and smooth. Very friendly, welcoming and attentive service (can be a bit slow if very busy), with good clean toilets too. Highly recommended.
