Second visit to Meat at the Parish....first time, about two months ago, party of four we shared two cuts of chateaubriand and porterhouse...it was delicious, worth every penny, I couldn't stop singing their praises on FB....second visit was just a few days ago, last Friday..had a 580 gram cut of chateaubriand for two, medium rare...meat was cooked well but charred on the outside, which is very unusual...also side of buttered spinach was extremely small for price, side of garlic mushrooms looked more like a sauce and also overpriced for a side...place looks great but wasn't impressed with quality second time around...first visit I was telling friends that steakhouses in NYC had nothing on this place, now, sorry, but I take that back...also, after a meaty meal, a slice if something chocolaty would hit the spot but nothing on the dessert menu that resembles that...not impressed, doubt if a place I'll return...time to pay Windsor Grill a visit.... read more
