We scheduled for the following day and there were no problems or issues. He got to my apartment right on time and we got to Young Brothers exactly when he said we would. His cab was clean and I felt safe going in there since there were automatic doors and he wore a mask. He was also very friendly without being overwhelming, a nice local guy. I am thinking of using him when I have to go on a trip in the future and don't want to leave my car at the airport.

We started with Rainbow Falls and Volcano Park; at both places, she dropped us off while we walked around. She told us where and when she would pick us up. At Big Island Candies, she went in with us and made the experience much more fun. Everyone there loves her. She even dropped us by Walmart so I could get a few essentials. Our last stop was Richardson Ocean Park, a black sand beach, to try to see turtles.
