We originally planned only breakfast and to improvise. When we discovered she did tours, we treated her to brunch, then headed out to see the sights. We started with Rainbow Falls and Volcano Park; at both places, she dropped us off while we walked around. She told us where and when she would pick us up. At Big Island Candies, she went in with us and made the experience much more fun. Everyone there loves her. She even dropped us by Walmart so I could get a few essentials. Our last stop was Richardson Ocean Park, a black sand beach, to try to see turtles. It wasn't low tide, so they didn't come ashore, but we were able to see a couple swimming and even caught a glimpse of a mongoose. It was our most relaxing, enjoyable, and productive day of our cruise. And can you say affordable compared to other private options for our situation?! Love, love, love!

Pachy Taxi saved us in Volcanoes National Park when we returned to our rental car and found a…read morecompletely flat tire. I was almost in tears dealing with the rental company and the tow service, so I was incredibly appreciative when Pachy told me "no problem, I'll come get you." We had our luggage with us, and the tow company won't let you ride in the truck, so we loaded ourselves and all of our belongings into Pachy Taxi. Our ride back to the Hilo airport to pick up our replacement rental was safe and enjoyable. When we got to the airport Pachy stuck around until we were sure we had a new car. Mahalo Pachy Taxi!

We never called her so she started saying that she called us and we never picked up the phone or maybe we didn't have service that's we had service if calling you back then she says well maybe you just need to call another company and we said sure so we hung up, but thank goodness to the people of the ATV company and they provided us with the way with that from I think that was very rude and very inconsiderate of not providing their services and with me being a business owner of my I think that was very rude and bad business so if I could give them less than a zero, I would definitely do so and if you've ever visited Hawaii, Sunny is not the Taxi company to rely on.
