This was very easy with me discussing the details with Pam as well as texting her photos of the rooms and larger items. There were some blips in the delivery of the Pod and I am so grateful that Pam was able to reschedule with such short notice. Our move was a bit more complex. Double D's had to meet us at a location in Camp Hill to pick up a truck full of furniture. This was brought to our Harrisburg home. And then this as well as everything in our house was loaded into a 16 foot pod. Part of the reason I picked double D's was because of their glowing reviews and their ability to load a POD very tight. They exceeded expectations and used every bit of the pod from floor to ceiling. (A 16 foot POD is for a house up to 1400 ft.². This of course doesn't include your basement, attic, and garage.) They did an amazing job! We had a few items that did not fit and we expected this because a 16" pod is not as big as you expect it to be. (No big deal because we will drive them at another date to our new location.) They then drove these items back to the Camp Hill address where we could store them. The price was very fair. I can't say enough good things about this group.

I don't have the monthly program…read more What I did was there was a Boy Scout fundraiser and you could buy the $30 car wash for $10 so I bought a few of them every time I've been there I've had a good experience Friendly staff. The place is very very clean where you use the free vacuum and the towels. The wash system does a great job. I've not had a complain about it so I do highly recommend stopping in here to have your vehicle washed and they do have some really good monthly deals.

There are 2 of them in Hanover, PA which is about 15 miles from our home, but I have no issue driving that distance to get my truck looking spiffy. I've paid for the ultimate package which I recall was about $500 per annum which is worth it from my perspective because I have a Toyota Tundra which is a bear to wash by hand and would require several pockets full of quarters and a ladder. Generally an attendant will quickly clean the grill, headlights, windshield, and rear of the car. A precast drops down followed by a strong spray and rollers. After that there is a rinse and wax, and then a high pressure wind tunnel- like apparatus such that the hood of my truck seems to costless a bit. Then a huge rolling pin thing comes down for a final wipe down, and you're on your way with the spiffyest vehicle in the neighborhood. The annual plan means unlimited washes, so I've gotten my money's worgmonths ago. There are 2 lanes to enter; one where one pays for individual washes of whatever level one chooses, and another where the windshield sticker is recognized and entry permitted. The hours are quite convenient, I believe going until 8pm, but check online before you go. I love Tidal Wave Auto Spa!
