We set an appointment for 8 am Friday morning and by 9:10 I was back on the road. I wanted to keep the tires that were on the car so they bagged them up and set them aside so I could pick them up later. All the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable - I even got a tutorial on how aligning the suspension on Mini isn't quite the same as other cars.
