The rim of the tire was badly damaged, the alignment was severely out of wack, and we weren't sure if the car was roadworthy. Almost every single auto repair shop in the vicinity was closed, but my wife noticed this one was still open. Mark was incredibly friendly and helpful, took the time to check under the car to make sure that nothing else besides the rim was damaged, verified that the tire was not punctured, shaved the rim down for us so that it wasn't mangled and sticking out, and rotated it to the back for us. He took his time and did a thorough job, even painting the hub cap that was scraped. He didn't have an alignment machine, but we recommended that we take care of that as soon as possible, which we did. His prices are fair and reasonable. I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to go here again.

We took our Ford to The Master Mechanics after having issues getting it to start. Within 24 hours the car stalled out and we struggled to get it started yet again. Upon calling the garage they said "bring it back right away and we'll take care of it". We brought it back for them to charge us an additional 100 dollars to tell us "sorry it's the transmission and we can't do anything about it". It was never the battery to begin with, but they didn't have an issue taking our money (over 600) for fixing something that was never the issue. Be cautious. We would not recommend.

They took the time to take a test drive with me and prove that it was the engine, not the transmission acting up. A lot of places would have told me I was wrong and not given me the time of day. I am kind of a mechanic and have never seen a bad oxygen sensor do this to a vehicle so I was very skeptical. Replaced sensor and the transmission is a beast. I highly recommend this company.
