And if you read that groupon you are not getting the volume lashes or their technic of volume lashes you are getting a sassy pair! READ WHAT YOU BUY! In other words you got what you paid for. I do the individual lash and just recently put on the volume lashes 3 weeks ago that I haven't had to get filled yet! and trust me the pictures I will also upload will blow your mind and really see Lisa's work. (We didn't see yours??!!!). To all customers looking to get your lashes done trust me it took me a year to do research before I got them and took me a few trys to find the person who just cares and works to perfection even if she goes over 15 mins on her time. She pays attention to detail and she always goes above my expectations every time I see her. The bed I laid on during the procedure was so soft and comfy and she even had it warmed up. She played nice relaxing music so I was able to relax completely. Unfortunately, I don't have the tech's name who waxed my upper lip and around my chin, but as my eyes were closed as my lashes were being filled, another tech came and apply wax that was a little too warm, ripped off the strip that was very painful and left a wax burn along the side of my mouth and under my chin. My appointment was on Thursday so I've been applying Alor Vera gel to keep it from peeling over pigmentation from taking place. Pics attached.

I decided to try a lash lift before trying lash extensions. I was very excited to try Chelsea since…read moreI love Ricadonna salon for my hair services. Chelsea was very nice and walked me through the procedure. She explained the rules of not getting my lashes wet for 48 hours. When it was initially completed, it looked ok, although one eye's lashes were way higher than the other. Chelsea explained it would even out and that she guarantees her work 100%. She said she would follow up with me. After 2-3 days my lashes were straight again. I texted Chelsea the following week to let her know. She said that this has never happened before and I must have gotten them wet. I let her know I was very careful and only used make up wipes to clean my face and not get my lashes wet. I work from home so I had no need to apply makeup. She said that she would redo them. When I went in to have them redone, she wasn't as nice as the first time. Barely said 2 words to me. Again, I went home and followed the after care instructions. Again, my lashes straightened out within a few days. I texted Chelsea to let her know and also sent pictures. She was very rude and blamed me for them straightening out. She said that I am not a good candidate for it since my eyelids are oily! Ummm there was never any discussion about being a 'candidate' for this. Yet she claimed it was my fault for having oily eyelids and the procedure was fine. Ughhh really, so unprofessional!! She also said that she will not refund me and she already did them a second time so that's that. I explained the product was still not what was advertised. It doesn't make sense that doing them a second time was enough even though they still didn't come out as advertised. It was $180, I expect results! It's like being issued a broken item and you return it and it's replaced with another broken item. It's still broken! Issuing two broken items doesn't make it right. Since she wouldn't provide a refund, I contacted the Ricadonna salon. I explained what happened. The receptionist said she would call back and she never did. I called again and they said no, they will not guarantee services at their salon. This was very disappointing considering I have been going there for years for my hair without any problems. It's not worth it!! $180 down the drain with terrible customer service!!! Beware, it is not guaranteed.
