If you look at her other reviews, which Yelp hides for some reason, you will see that she is very highly rated and amazing at what she does. I have eyes that water more than most people's, and she was still able to deal with that so sweetly, and still get the lashes to stay and look gorgeous. On top of her skill level, she is so personable and easy-going, that it is a joy to be there getting my lashes done.

After me doing some research I found Lash Company & Co and made an appointment with Jacey. Ever since then, there is no one I trust more with my lashes then her! People compliment me all the time on her work and I absolutely love it! She knows what shes doing and she makes me feel at ease while shes doing it. She's not JUST my Lash girl, she's also someone I can open up to. Overall I got 99 problems and my lashes ain't one!

I purchased a service from Groupon for this merchant only to find it wasn't what was advertised on…read moreGroupon or Yelp. The address for the place of the merchant is incorrect. This is a home based business in Menifee. I contacted the merchant by 1st calling and leaving a message then texting the number that was posted on Groupon and Yelp. I didn't receive any contact back until the next day when I called the merchant again and was greeted like I had reached just a regular cell phone number, I had to ask if it was "Pretty Eyes by Jamie". The lady which I assumed was Jamie asked if I could text her instead. I told her that I wanted to book an appt for both myself and my mom, the appt day and time I couldn't make and asked if there was anything else. I didn't receive a text back till the next day, after I re-texted her. I then asked where the service was located and was then told it was in a home in Menifee. I wasn't comfortable with this as there was nothing anywhere that revealed it as a home based business and it wasn't revealed until the end of the conversation, and that it took 3 days to try and book! I have nothing against home based businesses, but as a consumer I want to make sure the services I receive are in a clean, safe environment and there is nothing being hidden. I wish Pretty Eyes by Jamie would at least fix her business info on Yelp and at most make a website to show how she does business. I gave her 3 stars just because she was pleasant and took my suggestions respectfully!

I can tell you that I have had my lashes done prior to me finding her and they just weren't the full, long and fun.. And lady (with the bad review) I bought a groupon as well and guess where everyone including myself ended up to get their lashes done. Yip the one and only Lisa! And if you read that groupon you are not getting the volume lashes or their technic of volume lashes you are getting a sassy pair! READ WHAT YOU BUY! In other words you got what you paid for. Cause I don't do those sassy ones. I do the individual lash and just recently put on the volume lashes 3 weeks ago that I haven't had to get filled yet! and trust me the pictures I will also upload will blow your mind and really see Lisa's work. (We didn't see yours??!!!). To all customers looking to get your lashes done trust me it took me a year to do research before I got them and took me a few trys to find the person who just cares and works to perfection even if she goes over 15 mins on her time. She pays attention to detail and she always goes above my expectations every time I see her. (Wait til you see mine above they will make you want them and this is 3 weeks in) In addition to the head phones and conversation your looking for..... Ummm you are in a a recliner chair with a neck pillow and the tone is not loud nor where 2 hrs of conversation is to be held. I generally chit chat with her and then let her get to her work and I fall asleep every time! And if that means she has an ear bud in by all means cause I work and listen to music also.. Especially when most clients as myself are so relaxed and enjoy my time there! Look I'm a firm believer of referrals but lady I really think your wrong you haven't experience luscious Lisa, you experienced the Groupon You bought! I have sent numerous of people to her as I am on a reoccurring schedule with her. In fact I get text messages on how they are holding up and how do I like them and this is after 2years of her service! So if you are here READING this review I 100% along with my friends and family, I have sent recommend LISA TO DO YOUR LASHES OR TRY THEM for the first time! My lashes bring so many compliments and with no mascara or makeup you still look like you put it on. They with hold the gym (sauna three times a week, softball 2 times a week and, river and just got back from ATV riding in the wind and sand and they held up wonderfully)
