The guys arrived at 7am and had the roof stripped within an hour. They spent most of the rest of the day cutting out rot and replacing it with new wood. Because they had laid out tarps and plywood to protect my lawn and AC, clean up was really fast and effective. The next day they finished up shingling the roof on the house and shed. They even helped me carry groceries into the house and brought up my trash bin. Gus and his crews are very nice people and I will work with them again.

I asked Hargrove Roofing multiple times to repair the roof (since it is under warranty) and they refused to make the repairs. In order to sell my home, I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs, which Hargrove Roofing was obligated to repair. The dates I contacted George Puskas, Hargrove Sales Rep, about the repairs were on: July 31, August 5, August 7, August 8, and August 21. I also called 501-508-9062 at the Little Rock Location. Hargrove Roofing assured me they would send someone over to my home to look at it, make necessary repairs, and write me a letter stating the repairs had been made. They never did this and I had to pay out of pocket.

On my first day meeting Austin for damage assessment, he brought Wilmer to start water mitigation. Austin is the supervisor, as you already know from other reviews. He quickly setup dehumidifier, fan and heavy-duty HEPA air purifier. In the same week, they came back with another helper Juan to perform tear out and sprayed fungicide to kill molds and checking for additional damage. I want to share my experience based on my initial connection before this review gets too long. Next thing is to rebuild my room. Having to wait on my insurance claim approval.
