I am a seasoned investor in the city for the past 30 years. I have experience dealing with many contractors. In this instance I am willing to leave some feedback as I feel is fair to do so. I had a large project in Los Angeles where we own a small seven unit building, after soft-retrofit project, city also requested to rehabilitate the lateral sewage line from the property line to the middle of the street, it had to be done with a new liner for a small defect that was observed via camera near the middle of the street. After calling three different plumbers and comparing approaches and prices to fix the problem, I opted to work with Mike and his assistant we deal over email and text as documentation and permits were required. I was impressed that without charging first time Mike willingly came by to the property, used his camera, look at the problem and give me a fair price on the spot....he took care of all permits, made sure the inspection was passed. so he took care of the issue from start to tend.
