Stonescape Aqua White with Npt Seven Seas Mediterranean Blue

I highly recommend MD&D Pools for your pool remodeling. I had a 24+ old plaster pool that was deteriorating. Dave from MD&D arrived immediately after my phone call inquiry. He suggested a Stonescape finish & at my request took the time to show me several prior customers pools to help with my decision on color. He let me go to the Tile Showroom and bring home tile samples to help with my decision. I ended up going with his recommendations, aqua white stonescape with beautiful assorted tiles. His professional crews were outstanding & my pool came out beautiful, for a very good price! I love it! I am recommending MD&D to all my friends building or remodeling an existing pool. Thank Dave and Team!!

MD&D Pools have been doing our pool maintenance and repairs for a few years. Whenever we've had a question or an issue the owners have come out immediately to assist us. Our maintenance person, Jason, is knowledgeable and reliable. Great folks!

Lately have been going to Leslie's for water testing and some chemical supplies. Philip is great, but the other sales person, isn't too pleasant to deal with. (Frank). Kind of snarky/grumpy/not to helpful. The Newbury Park Leslie's went out of business. Bummer. I liked dealing with Mike the manager back then. Anyways, a tip trick I have learned over the decades is: when getting water results, don't impulse buy by following the Water Test Results summary 'treatment plan'... to 'normalize' your results. If you brush and clean your pool and it's basically clear, take baby steps and correct slowly. You will not only correct everything in time, you will have far less chemicals. Most times fixing one parameter that is way off will correct other minor irregularities.

Called the store 5 days ago to see if they had our size in thermal pool covers. Have purchased from…read morethem before, and was underwhelmed by their service in the past, but thought I'd rather support local business (turns out they're a corporation, but I digress). Guy tells me they don't have them in stock, but can get it in within two to three days and takes my number, says he'll call. It's 5 days later, so I call and speak to James Bond (later found out his name is Frank and he's no special agent, let me assure you). Yes he actually gave me 007's handle when I asked him what his name was. He's a real peach. This guy tells me they don't have them in stock. After going back and forth several times; me trying to explain that I was told the cover was on order and should be in by now, and 007 telling me they are on back-order and they can't get them. TBH I would've been less frustrated with this clown if he would've said "it's Bond, James Bond" but - sadly he did not. After giving Goldfinger a lesson on proper customer service (he's the manager btw) he finally offered a solution - unfortunately it was too late. I already placed an order on Amazon; the same cover they charge $229 for I just ordered (in stock and delivered in 4 days) for $114. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with Leslie's and the International Man of Mystery aka "Frank" and purchase your pool supplies on Amazon. Or maybe there's an ACTUAL local pool store in Thousand Oaks I don't know about.

Mike Smith and Mike Exstrom were excellent from start to finish. Mike Smith was our project construction manager throughout the build, he was extremely responsive, gave us lots of advise and always over delivered on timeline and detail. We are two very happy customers and are now enjoying our backyard oasis! The scheduling and invoicing was very transparent and easy. The various aspect of the build are sub'd out i.e. excavation, re-bar, plumbing etc. we have been very happy with all the contractors that CP's uses, they were all efficient, trustworthy and very skilled in their trade. Thank you California Pools!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT recommend this company in…read moreANY manner! They are definitely NOT Arizona's most trusted company, in fact the complete opposite!!!!!! All I can do is share our AWFUL experience with this company & hopefully I can save you the aggravation we had to go through. This was supposed to be such a fun time and boy what a nightmare it was !! It was bad from the beginning!! First of all, our designer of the pool & spa project did not capture the details of the project we were most concerned about ( my husband has back and hip issues). The communication was horrible!! We saw a picture of the project.. the contract is very hard to read / I'm sure that's on purpose !! We paid extra for pop-up cleaners in our pool!! We didn't even realize that there was absolutely no way to clean our hot tub. We were not sold or even TOLD by our designer that pop-up cleaners weren't included or that we wouldn't even have a way to clean our spa!!!! It was very disappointing and then to mention.....Our Hot tub was unusable for the first three months because my husband couldn't get into it because they made a 34 inch step into the hot tub! Oh, did I mention when it finally did get to be usable we found out that it was plumbed wrong and all of our pressure was coming out of the return jets! So it needed to be fixed for a 3x !!! Not to mention, I had to drain and refill this thing three times the fourth time it was finally complete!! Again, you would think that coming from such a high profile Company, you would not run into these issues. How does this happen from a professional pool company ? So then it was unusable again!! I can honestly say NOBODY in this company throughout the whole process cared about my project! In fact, my project manager, Donny was rude unprofessional. He told me I that I need to mind own business and leave the pool building to the pool professionals ! Who talks to somebody like that? Donny lie to my face and told me I had to do a $$4,000 upgrade to pass inspection, That was a Lie!! NOT THE CASE AT ALL!! I asked the inspector! Then he completely denied it! When I let a manager know it was completely brushed off!! It was disgusting. I've never been treated so poorly by Company that I hired!!!! worked my way up the Management line after several failed attempts! I talked to Steve, Donny's boss and that was useless ! It seems like they must be buddies!! This company throws the Manager title to anyone... what a joke Steve was. We had PROBLEMS after PROBLEMS ! Way too many to mention ALL! Every single trade was a subcontractor. We would have NEVER went with a pool company who subcontracted out everything!! We had a big issue because we were not able to communicate with them because I cannot speak Spanish. Subcontractors were leaving garbage all over our yard. Others they were Spitting sunflower seeds into our pool when it had rebar being done..I was told that most of the work would be done by a California pool employee and that was not the case... ANOTHER LIE !!! All work was subcontracted!! I can't stress enough that nobody in this company cared about how my project was going or how I was being treated as a customer. The work was less than average. They were the highest out off all of our quotes!! I'm still not happy with the outcome of my project. I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted in this company! You can find a much better company to spend your hard earned money on! This company was the highest company out of all of our estimates. I went with them because I thought that they would be a reputable company and man was I wrong!! This company needs some MAJOR fixing!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! The quality is less than average! RUN AS FAR FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN!! I forgot to mention we paid cash for our pool before it was even finished! Horrible mistake on my end!! Lesson learned!!
