Multiple messages asking about how he was, if everything was ok, not even concerned about our pool, but a fellow hardworking human being. Nothing. No return text messages or phone calls, no return messages on his business Instagram, not even after reaching out to family. Ryan had been cleaning my son's pool and was doing a good job so we hired him to do ours even though he was more expensive. He was with us about two years and we had good conversations and I gave him presents at Christmas. He moved and didn't let me know so his check went to the wrong address. We got that straightened out and he was paid on time. I told him if he ever had a problem to just communicate with me. We went on vacation and came home to a green pool. I checked my cameras and he hadn't been at the house for several weeks. Like many others he just disappeared. I was concerned because he was so nice but he didn't answer my texts or calls. Very very disappointing and really immature. I now have a new pool guy (after spending hundreds of dollars to get my pool clean again) and he's charging me less than Ryan.
