When we first moved to Glendora, we hired a different company to service our pool. There were constant issues, including pool equipment malfunctions that they kept telling us they would just repair, and kept charging us for it. Algae issues which for some reason kept occurring, etc. We then found SPS and Charlie, and thank goodness we did. Immediately, he came by before we actually hired him and let us know that our equipment needed to be replaced. He then told us specifically what was wrong with the equipment, and also showed us why our algae problem was happening. He took care of everything, and we haven't had any issues since. Whenever he wants to do anything aside from regular service for the pool, he makes sure to show us exactly what he wants to do and explains why. Its an awesome level of service and is consistent. I would highly recommend this service after having them help me with my disaster of a situation. I had my pool completely remodeled and the contractor just disappeared 95% into the job. While all the equipment was installed, nothing was tested. The salt cell chlorinator (we had converted the pool to salt) was not working at all. The filter was not working properly, even at full blast. The timing and filtration system were not setup properly. Just an abundance of issues which ended up with the pool turning green and us having to dump salt into the pool every week. Charlie came in and said he would check it out. He continued to check and test everything over the course of two months and kept in constant communication to let me know what he found. Though he was always communicating, he never mentioned a bill; in fact, I had to ask him if he needed to be paid for all his time. He continued to tell me "let me figure it out first".
