Spotless Pool Service - Pool Cleaners Near Me

The recent winds and fire turned our pool into a swamp. I choose Spotless Pool Service because of its great reviews and everything Charlie did was spot on! Charlie assessed our pool and explained everything that needed to be done. I mentioned that I want to maintain my pool so he taught us how he does it from algae and chemical treatment to filter maintenance. Not many people will do that for you. Their prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be using Spotless Pool Service should I get tired of maintaining my pool. read more

I have an older, complicated pool that my previous pool guy could not maintain properly. I always had algae growing in my pool. After years of him trying everything, I finally decided to make the change and stop throwing my money away on a service that wasn't working. I found Spotless Pool Service here on Yelp. Charlie got back to me right away. Although he didn't service the Duarte area, he was still willing to help me out. After a few minutes of him testing the pool water, he knew immediately what was needed and gave me a thorough explanation. I've had this pool for 20 years and everything Charlie explained about it made sense. I hired him on a monthly basis. My pool has never looked better. Not only do they know what they're doing with balancing chemicals, they also know how to be professional and courteous at all times. I highly recommend Spotless Pool Service! Thank you Charlie. read more

Highly recommend spotless pool service. Charlie is has a deep understanding of his profession and is always communicating through what is most beneficial for your pool. My pool HAD a phosphate problem that my previous pool guy could never get under control. I switched to spotless pool service and it took Charlie 4 months to diagnose, treat, and maintain the levels to near perfect. He is worth every penny of the service. Charlie does not fix problem temporarily, but he eliminates it completely. My pool would have algae growth between visits of my previous pool technician. I have not seen a single spec of algae since switching to spotless pool. Thank you Charlie for your work, knowledge, and professionalism. Recommend 10/10. read more

After having a nightmare with our previous pool guy cleaner (By the way, recommended by California Pool). My husband did the research for a new person to take the task, and he found Charlie from SPOTLESS POOL SERVICES, which has excellent reviews of his services and we were lucky he accepted us because he is a very busy person. Every review from his clients is real and we can not be happier with him!!, he is very KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE, AND NICE TO WORK WITH, plus he cleans and maintains the water quality of the pool like his own pool. Every time you contact him, he answers you right away, and sometimes he takes extra time off his busy schedule to resolve any problem you can have. I will recommend Charlie to anybody who needs pool services: HE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!! read more

We hired Charlie for our weekly pool service and saw a instant improvement to our pool quality. The previous company we used hired teenagers and they would change every other week it seemed. We wanted someone reliable and that we knew who would enter our home every week. Charlie was able to fix all the issues we had. He always called/texted to give us a heads up if he was stopping by outside his usual scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Thank you Charlie! read more

When we first moved to Glendora, we hired a different company to service our pool. There were constant issues, including pool equipment malfunctions that they kept telling us they would just repair, and kept charging us for it. Algae issues which for some reason kept occurring, etc. We then found SPS and Charlie, and thank goodness we did. Immediately, he came by before we actually hired him and let us know that our equipment needed to be replaced. He then told us specifically what was wrong with the equipment, and also showed us why our algae problem was happening. He took care of everything, and we haven't had any issues since. Whenever he wants to do anything aside from regular service for the pool, he makes sure to show us exactly what he wants to do and explains why. Its an awesome level of service and is consistent. I would recommended SPS to anyone who is looking for good, honest service. Easy 5 stars. read more

These guys couldn't fit me into their route but they are honest and trustworthy.

Charlie has been helping me with my pool since the beginning of this year and since day 1, my pool has improved significantly. Before Spotless Pool Service, I was with another local pool company that just seemed to hire kids or young adults who just skimmed stuff off the surface of my pool for fun. Charlie's expertise and his patient care to your situation is what deserves your business. read more

We were extremely apprehensive about calling pool service after getting rid of our previous pool guy. We've been cleaning the pool ourselves for the last 4 months without trouble. Lately our vacuum was acting up and we needed more technical help. We knew we wanted to prevent any large damage for a small service fee. He was extremely professional and taught us what we needed to know to continue cleaning it on our own. We plan to call him once more to help us with the water filter in the pump. He is a great teacher for the people that wants to keep their own pool clean. read more

We needed a pool service upon purchase of our new home. Charlie is very customer service oriented and accommodating to a hectic schedule for meeting with us. The service he provided kept the pool clean and usable all year. Charlie is friendly and knowledgable about his trade. His recommendation for someone to replace the pump worked out very well. My pool was clean and the service was affordable. read more

When my husband and I bought our new home, we had no idea how to maintain a pool which turned green. We search for a pool service and found Charlie. The best decision ever made. We highly recommend his service. He makes recommendations and does not try to upsell things that you do not need. He is very trustworthy. If he sees an issue with the pool equipment, he informs us first before and will ask before proceeding so there is never a surprise charge. If you are in search of a pool service look no further, Charlie is your guy. He is genuine and trustworthy and does a fantastic job. read more

I hired Charlie/Spotless Pool late last year (I think) and he has been fantastic! I had a different pool company (Pool Geeks) before that really let the pool go to hell. Charlie has been the complete opposite! When I hired him he had to drain and fix all of the issues caused by the previous company. He informs me immediately when there is something I need to do on my end like getting a tree trimmed or extra chlorine due to the crazy heat and extra use, never misses a week unless we've talked about it, keeps the pool spotless, and explains any issues that I could be having with the pool. Truly a great communicator and couldn't be happier with his service! read more

I would highly recommend this service after having them help me with my disaster of a situation. I had my pool completely remodeled and the contractor just disappeared 95% into the job. While all the equipment was installed, nothing was tested. The salt cell chlorinator (we had converted the pool to salt) was not working at all. The filter was not working properly, even at full blast. The timing and filtration system were not setup properly. Just an abundance of issues which ended up with the pool turning green and us having to dump salt into the pool every week. Charlie came in and said he would check it out. He continued to check and test everything over the course of two months and kept in constant communication to let me know what he found. Though he was always communicating, he never mentioned a bill; in fact, I had to ask him if he needed to be paid for all his time. He continued to tell me "let me figure it out first". You don't find guys like this anymore. Eventually he was able to fix every problem without replacing the salt system (which I thought the contractor had brought a defective one), and my pool is sparkling. His prices are very reasonable, especially for the service provided read more
