He explained he could repair the leak but not the heater due to the complexity involved . Instead, he preferred to pass and have someone who can take care of both so that I don't have deal with two parties and be able to get a price break if one person/company handled the job. I was pleasantly surprised. Next, he suggested a trustworthy, local (for me) company in Arcadia he'd like to refer and will send me the information. Within 10-15 minutes, I get a text from him sharing that he made a call to the owner, described the issues found, and confirmed they can handle both. All I needed to do was call and schedule the service. All of it was done within a week. I would've gladly given Marco the job simply based on one thing - Putting the client's best interest in mind FIRST. That is rare to come by nowadays based on the companies I've dealt with in the last few months. Regardless, I wouldn't have able to get this done within a week if it weren't for Marco's first-class service and connections. I was impressed by Marco's professionalism, candidness, and simplicity of communicating with him. He was not only knowledgeable about anything pool-related but also resourceful as demonstrated in working with the company he recommended. On the day of the inspection Mike (appears to be the head of the repairing team) called to say the technician was sick and could not come. While things happen, there was no apology -- only that he didn't want to "waste my time," even though my whole day had already been disrupted. In addition, I don't understand why the inspection/repair team could not perform the promised service simply because one technician was unavailable. This is not a one-person company, and you would expect reasonable backup arrangements in place. Last-minute cancellation with no apology shows little respect for a customer's time. I hope the company will respond and demonstrate accountability by offering a prompt, reliable rescheduled appointment and appropriate consideration for the inconvenience. I would like to see how they make this right.

Details: I wanted to upgrade my system with all the latest automation and lighting. Also, I had a malfunctioning salt cell that my weekly pool tech could not figure out. I contacted Brian via the website and received a quick text that same day to setup a meeting. He quickly got the salt cell replacement going under warranty (no cost to me!) and spec'd out an automation setup. That night, received the quote with a timeline to get the parts/ installation. Price was right. Brian got everything installed and running very quickly (and on time) and was super communicative / timely throughout the process. I also liked that he was able to set a time for a meeting, not a half day time window like so many do (and fail to meet).
