The tow truck driver said this was a family business and reasonable. It was 7:00 and I had to wait an hour before it opened. The man behind the counter was friendly. After several minutes he came back to me and said the alternator was out. The part was available and he could get the truck repaired and should be done in 3-4 hours. We had a photography tour at Canyon X. He suggested a shuttle company to take us out there and he said the truck should be repaired by the time we got back. Thank you B&L in getting our truck repaired and here we are in Moab continuing our road trip!

That guy was amazing. On the morning of Tuesday October 15th we called Adams Tow Company to pick us and our truck up and take us to their shop . They did arrive promptly and towed us to their shop. Over the phone He quoted us $300 for a trip and then upon arrival to the shop we were told the amount would be $420 ($10 a mile and $125 service fee) even thought he knew how far we had to go and he still ended up , up charging us. He's attitude was very unpleasant the entire time. As we arrived to the shop we had to wait awhile for the mechanic to arrive since he was in flagstaff picking up parts and an alternator for us. Now he was good. He got the alternator installed quickly and did an amazing job. But we were definitely not happy with the towing aspect of the company and his up charge. I would highly recommend Adam's Automotive repair shop but not recommend their towing service.

I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. We had a tire on our travel trailer blow out about 16 miles from Kanab. Triple A contacted…read moreRamsey's for it. It turns out our plan did not cover the trailer, but we had Ramsey's come anyhow. Roberto arrived promptly, removed the bad tire, put the spare on, and had us follow him to the shop in Kanab to have a new tire put on the blown rim. They did that, swapped the spare with the repaired tire, and replaced the spare under the trailer. Roberto was great: polite, friendly, and no-nonsense. The folks in the office were great, too. We were back on the road in a flash.

Each time the individual spends at least $500 and has problems with that vehicle either right off the lot or in a couple of weeks. This was a frequent reoccurring problem. 2. In the end of March of 2026, I took my vehicle in to Ramsay. I needed all four tires replaced and an alignment. The tires were good quality but the service was not. I did not get an alignment even though I asked for one and as of July 10th, 2026 my two front tires are worn down in the inside exposing the wires. I called Ramsay and I was informed the tires are not covered by the warranty and they would not help out covering the cost of new tires. I went to Discount Tires in St. George, UT and they also agreed it was an alignment issue that worn down the tires. In the matter of a few months I have spent over $1,300 for tires due to this overlook. Overall, my family and I have never had a positive experince here and this car service does jobs halfway in could cost you hundreds in the near future. Highly would not recommend.

They claimed they drove to the location and he wasn't there. The guy said he called the number for my son, which he did not. He and his wife came promptly to tow us and our 5th wheel to Moab. RJ also does repairs and offered to replace our transmission. It had to come from Milwaukee to his supplier. When his supplier failed to deliver it right away RJ went the extra mile (actually 500 miles round trip) to get it so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. The repair was done correctly and within the estimated cost. We are VERY PLEASED and feel like we now have a new friend.

Page AZ is a SMALL TOWN! Only two RV parks in the area…read more A beautiful NEW park. We stayed for 2 months while husband was on a temporary work assignment. Sites are kinda narrow (37' trailer) with barely room to park the truck next to the trailer. Site isn't deep enough to park in front of the trailer. There's no shade--trees look like they were planted last spring. Website says they have laundry facilities but during the 2 months we stayed more than half of the NEW MACHINES were out of order. Three laundry rooms with 4 washers and dryers each and today we have a total of 5 washers and 4 dryers working at the whole park. We chose this park based on amenities like onsite laundry and the fact that it was the only place here to offer a monthly discounted rate. If you are looking for a short time space this will probably work for you but I can't fully recommend it because of the small sites and lack of maintenance with the laundry facilities.
