I just dropped my car off at B&B Auto Repair . . the repairs are not even completed yet. But I'm already incredibly impressed! My passenger wheel bearing started going out coming out of the Grand Canyon. We were able to limp to Page, but could go no further. Andrew at B&B got us in for repair SAME DAY! And then when I asked about other potential problems, he said there was NO NEED for any other repairs. he even took us back to show us why he knew the other wheel bearing and brakes were in great shape. My boyfriend and I were driving in from Phoenix and about 45 miles out his change oil light came on. This was the second place we called and luckily they were able to get us in. They were efficient, and up front about everything. My boyfriends car is usually priced higher for an oil change because he has an Infiniti, but this place didn't. We had to check the kind of oil bc we were shocked it was like $30-$40 less than normal, but it was all good! The only the 4 stars is because the woman at the front didn't seem interested in helping us when we first walked in, felt like we were interrupting her. Long overdue review but last June we were broken down in the middle of nowhere. B&about was the only place in town that would accept our truck on a busy Friday and had it repaired by the end of the day so that we weren't stuck in town until Monday. The owner was friendly and everyone there was so nice and courteous. This is how a business should be run. So grateful we found them! read more

Real pros! Car wouldn't start one SATURDAY morning on a six week road trip, so I had the car towed at B&B and they took me right in. Staff was very friendly. It was a starter issue, couldn't afford to replace it just now, but the guy was nice enough to bend under the car with me to show where it was exactly, explained how I could replace it myself and basically showed me where to hit it with a hammer in the meantime if the situation happened again... ALL AT NO CHARGE! This is truly BY FAR THE BEST garage experience I ever had. read more

This auto repair shop is outstanding and their prices are very reasonable. I had a leak in one tire and had to have my doughnut spare tire mounted until I can find four new tires on a weekend. The best way to describe B&B is that they are "good guys" that know what they are doing. I was lucky to find them to take care of my tire problem. read more

We are a military family who reside in San Diego but stayed in Arizona with family for deployment this time around because I was pregnant and have 3 furbabies. One of the most stressful things we have had to deal with this deployment was auto problems: oil leaks, check engine lights, random noises (lol) etc., and although each visit to the auto shop was a scary and stressful time B&B and the staff really made it less scary and less stressful each time. We knew we were getting taken care of and knew the job would be done right! No scams and no surprises! We are a little sad that when we do go back to San Diego, we won't find a shop like theirs that we can fully trust! Our motorhome broke down in Page Arizona. Craig from B&B Auto Repair assesed the damage, ordered the parts and got us back on the road as soon he could. He is very knowledgeable about diesel engines and does an excellent job on motorhome repairs . We are very happy with the work that he did and thank him very much. My young cousin and her friends was driving our Dodge Truck with camper across the country. They started having huge problem keeping the truck driving straight on the road. I looked for a repair shop they could take it and picked this one mainly based on reviews. Aaron was very accommodating and offered to check it out for only $45. My cousin rolled in at 3pm on Friday, they checked the truck and discovered broken stabilizer, got the part and got them on the road before 5. Repair was priced reasonably but mainly I was really glad it was fixed for them so fast and they were out driving safely again. read more

I went to this auto shop because my head gasket blew on my spring break trip. This auto shop tried to charge me $2500 for fixing the head gasket and water pump. They thought that I was a stupid, naïve college student that knew NOTHING about cars. Although I know practically nothing about cars, my dad is a mechanic. We went to another WONDERFUL shop in Page, AZ who charged us a fair $1500. This is the WORST auto shop I've ever been to who tried to charge me $1800 in labor (at $86 an hour that would equal about 21 hours of labor for a job that only requires 8). I would give this zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL TRY AND RIP YOU OFF. read more

Like so many others reviewing B & B, I had run into some trouble in the middle of a hasty road trip. It was about 4:50p when I called about having brake issues. Despite closing 'around 5' they took a peek and told me to come by the first thing the next morning. We were on the road within 45 minutes of showing up the following morning and were offered a ride to town (which we declined) and a cup of coffee (which we accepted). Overall, the job was less than he (Craig, I think the mechanic's name was. Sorry, if you're reading this and it's not Craig) initially quoted and he named a very fair price. Very good and attentive folk here. If I have to have a car break down anywhere in the Arizona, I'd hope it'd be Page. read more

The AC on our truck broke about an hour outside of Page. The desert heat was too much and we needed to get our truck fixed fast. Found B&B on yelp and called them from the road. An hour before opening time next morning, Craig was there. He installed a new tension arm, belt and serviced my AC in an hour. He also pointed out another worn belt. It was worn. Craig installed a new replacement. Craig was really a road angel for taking care of us. I would give him six stars if I could. read more

Life saver.... While traveling through Page we encountered brake issues and Dan at B & B diagnosed there problem in minutes. He installed new pads and turned the rear rotors in a flash. We were traveling thru Page on our way to Utah when our Jeep developed a sever vibration. Went to B and B and they said it was the front driveshaft. Special ordered one from California. When it arrived two days later and was installed it did not fix the problem. They admitted they mis-diagnosed the problem and did not charge me for trying to fix it. I returned home and found out it was the rear driveshaft. B and B arranged for me to return the front driveshaft to a Jeep dealer and refunded my entire amount paid with a smile !! read more
