Pete and Kyle at Eagle Automotive!!! I can't say enough good thing about these two guys and the wonderful shop they have! On a recent trip to Lake Powell, our truck had a compression wheel break and the serpentine belt came off. It was 11:30AM on a Thursday. We were stranded between Cameron and Page Arizona in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. I called Triple A, because I have 100 miles of towing included with my membership and have been a loyal customer for the past 30 years. Triple A stated it would be 3 to 4 hours to get a truck to me due to the flooding in Flagstaff and Northbound 89 being closed. My wife and I were very concerned due to being stranded with 3 kids. She called DPS and they sent out an officer who was able to drive my wife and 3 kids back to Cameron to get out of the heat while I tried to get a hold of a tow truck. After 2 hours of waiting around, I called Triple A back asking if they could try sending a truck from Page instead of Flagstaff, and they said they would try. They called me back right away stating it would still be ANOTHER 3 to 4 hours (Bringing the total wait time to possibly 5 or 6 hours) SO... I called a couple of mechanic shops in Page thinking I will need a place to take the truck once I do get towed somewhere. After going down the list and calling a couple of shops in Page and hearing more than once, they wouldn't be able to help me, I called Eagle Automotive. I spoke to Kyle and he said they close at 5, (It is now 2:30PM and I have been waiting for 3 hours and I'm an hour and a half away from Page) but if I could get my truck there, they would gladly try to help me out. He even gave me a referral to a tow truck company, called Transport Towing! I said, great! Thank you! I called Transport Towing and spoke to Gary. Gary said he was only 30 minutes down the road! Wonderful news! Gary showed up, loaded up my truck and we were on our way to Eagle Automotive! It is now 3:00PM. Meanwhile, my wife and 3 kids were able to locate a cab company in Page who drove all the way from to Page to Cameron, and drove them back to Page! Mind you, that's an hour and a half each way. The wonderful cab company was called Buggy Taxi (928) 645-6664 As we are driving down the road, I am on the phone with Triple A trying to cancel the original call so the AAA driver wouldn't waste his time. My tow truck driver, Gary asks if I'm on the phone with AAA, and I say yes. He says let me talk to them, he goes on to tell me that he is affiliated with Triple A and he would put the order on his truck so (get this) it will still be covered under my 100 mile towing at no charge to me! I was thrilled to hear this! After about an hour and a half of riding in the tow truck, we arrive at Eagle Automotive, it is now 4:30PM (Shop closes in 30 minutes) I walk in and speak with Kyle at the front desk, and within 2 minutes, the owner of the shop, Pete Diaz has my truck pulled into one of his bays and he is removing the broken wheel. Kyle gets on the phone and orders the new wheel and belt stating the parts will be to the shop within 10 minutes. The parts show up and Pete installs them and takes it for a test drive. It is now 4:45. Pete comes back and says it's all fixed! They were both AMAZING!!! And Gary with Transport Towing was equally AMAZING!!!! Our A/C went out on the way to our Lake Powell trip. We left the truck at the auto shop to be fixed while we spent our week on the lake with the house boat. They did as promised and had truck fixed in time for our drive home. So glad we went to them and appreciate there help. read more

Took my car there to get a catalytic converter on my car and told Kyle Bronson I didn't want to get a factory one. He called back and told me the only converter that would work is around 600.00 and he won't do it any other way so I paid the diagnostic fee 80.00 bucks and took my car to Page muffler, A.J took a look at it and said he could do it for around 160.00 out the door. It ran great no problems at all. Don't be upsold when it isnt necessary. read more

First time leaving a review because, WOW, we had the best experience at Eagle Automotive. My boyfriend and I are driving across the country and ran into car trouble outside of Page. Pete from Eagle was able to get us in at closing on a Friday and then had us come in at 8am the following day. Pete was able to get us back on the road within the hour at rates that were affordable and fair. I don't know who was more excited to see us continue our trip - my boyfriend and I or Pete! We have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU and was briefly traveling through Page. We noticed we were having trouble filling our fuel tank. Pump keep shutting off as we struggled to fill the gas tank. It didn't matter which gas station we used. Searched for a local repair shop. Eagle Automotive had great reviews and for good reason. Pete took his time and was very thorough. Pete dislodged a small plastic piece in the fuel filler tube! That's why an error code wasn't displayed! It came from the fuel additive container we used. My bad! This place is off the beaten path, but it was a great, professional, and reasonably priced experience. Kyle (office) communicated well, on time, and explained the problems that needed to be fixed thoroughly. Thankfully, I was on my way the same day. They even found another problem and fixed that! Nice puppies, too. My issue: I had transmission problems on my 1995 Chevy G20 van. My friend called to see if they were available in the afternoon the same day, and they were able to fit us in. Great guy and great place! Pete saved my ass. I rented a car from Las Vegas and they told me my car took Diesel fuel. After filling it with Diesel, my car completely broke down on a Friday night all the way out in Page, AZ. My friends and I had a flight back in Vegas the following evening. We weren't sure if this could be fixed. I called Pete Saturday morning and explained our situation. He was extremely packed all day but had the sympathy to take us and fix our car first thing that morning. He seriously saved our ass. Thank you Pete!!! read more

Pretty cool guy, its not like an oil change place but like a garage. They can do major repairs for ya. And the guy who wears the "master technician" shirt seems to know his stuff pretty well. They are kinda hidden away in the industrial park though, I wish they were easier to find your first time there. read more
