My husband and I were in desperate need of a "rescue" type tow service for us and our rental car. We hit some excessive mud and our car banked. We had no traction and were stuck. There was no cell service for 911. However, we were able to text our nephew in CA for help. He contacted Benjamin who responded very quickly. After receiving our GPS coordinates, Benjamin and Dustin made their way to us...keeping in text contact all the way. He arrived exactly in the time he estimated and escorted us to safety in the back seats of his truck before getting our car out of the muck. It was a bit of a challenge as I had injured my ankle earlier trying to walk on the muddy road. He expertly maneuvered the road back as he drove us toward Chenli, AZ, Dustin drove our rental car behind us. Upon reaching the paved road portion of the South rim, we gratefully took over driving our car and Benjamin guided us all the way to the nearest hotel. He is thoughtful and engaging. So many good things to say about Benjamin at Rez Auto. First of all he got to us quickly. Our family of 4 was stranded on the reservation with a broken down vehicle. I called and he immediately came. He towed our car safely and professionally over 3 hours back to Flagstaff. My husband sat in the front seat with Benjamin and they chatted the whole way home. The kids and I rode in the back of his very comfortable tow vehicle. My daughter even fell asleep on the drive home. I was stranded by a really gnarly axle issue on my trailer. Rez came out and got me back on the road. It's emergency road service so the price is higher than getting it fixed at home but I was 1500 miles from home.
