I left on the side of the road for 2 hours and it was already towed, vandalized and all my power tools were gone. I had no service on my phone. all I need was the part which I had, and extra lower ball joint at home and my jack too. was going to do the repair in the mornin. No 48-72 hour wait. it was registered in my name and I'm the owner. The sergeant didn't contact me to see and didn't file a police report. he waited it out and ignored my calls. I took pictures before and didn't let them know but my vehicle was vandalized on the pictures I took. it's like a racket. avoid them, second time dealing with them and stuff came up missing. dude was asking questions too the related to my case. never got the report and the attorneys said they can't do nothing. I wasnt arrested either or notified right away. why would I vandalize my runner? especially all the work and sentimental value. They treated me as a criminal while I reached out. the fact it was registered in my name and address and didn't get contact for a crime is boggling. The cop said I was su to reach out before. But why so they can tow it and I have to pay? just proves how the system fails and grants legal parasitic practices. Avoid Taylor's affordable towing. and the fact you can't find the address or leave a review or find them on google says enough.

We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. My vehicle became disabled about noon in Gerlach NV. We finally found All Star Towing and Recovery…read moreat around 1:30 and they agreed to tow the truck and trailer back to Reno. They showed up around 9:00 and loaded up the truck on one tow vehicle and attached the trailer to another. During this time another tow company showed up and we sent them away thinking everything was under control. Once the truck and trailer were ready to go, the driver informed us that we would could not ride in either tow vehicle and would instead have to ride in the trailer. I explained that it was against the law to do that in Nevada. He told us we could get in the trailer or stand in the desert. Having no other options, we road in the trailer, along with all the camping gear and without seats or seatbelts for 3 hours. I have filed complaints with both the Nevada Transportation Authority and The Better Business Bureau.
