Rodents chewed several wires in my Toyota. Rob was able to repair all the damage very quickly. Nice and friendly too!

Rob took down the VIN and called around not only for cost of a new transmission, but also used ones in our area.

Edit: Phil called in response to my review. See the attached invoice. I had already replaced the camshaft position sensor (a ten minute job), which was new. This did not resolve the code, which indicated the connection was intermittent. I had tested the connector with a multimeter, which indicated there was a bad connection at the connector. This was communicated to the service manager when I dropped off the vehicle. The technician stated that there was a broken tab on the camshaft position sensor, and they replaced the brand new part I had just installed. See the attached photo. That the tab could be broken without being filed off is highly suspect. It's a durable part. That the relatively fragile connector was damaged is more credible. In my opinion, as stated to the service manager, it was obviously the part that needed to be replaced. They replaced the connector, which again, I had communicated was the likely issue. They claim to have paid $110 for this part that I can purchase at Napa for $26. So in summary, I paid $685 to have them swap out a $26 connector. I can only conclude they're either dishonest or incompetent. Edit 2: Well Phil, now you're just outright lying. You did not show me the new camshaft position sensor you removed and replaced. Your technician did not perform any diagnostics, and ignored the diagnostic information I provided to you in advance. He just started swapping parts, AND overcharging for the time spent. Even if the sensor needed to be replaced, a $40 part that takes ten minutes to install, to charge me $685 is absurd.

I had the check to see why my truck was leaking oil which they said they fixed but also they said…read moreother things were messed up and I had them repair them. After checking what they did, I found loose bolts in which messed up my cv axle. I also have a problem with my steering and I looked at the eps system and looks like they chipped on it and now I have to replace that. I do not suggest that you go to them. They do shoddy work and then overcharge for things that they dont do properly.

Well, I have my experience here. I brought my jeep for an oil change while it was on the lift the…read moreguy the owner of the shop looked and pointed there Is some leak on the differential and I asked him to give me a quote on that job and he estimated $500 including the Four hours of labor and the part. I told him I'll give him the job and I left my vehicle over there later on he gives me a call back says that do you joints on the vehicle or busted he cannot put it back together unless we buy new u-joints. I asked him how much those parts will be and he said it's going to be $48 in parts and didn't mention how much the labor will be, and I expected to be no more than an hour because I already paid him to take the axles out. Change the seals while the axles were out changing U joints shouldn't be more than an hour of extra labor in my opinion later I found out his charging me three hours of labor and the parts are actually $200 for two u-joints. Instead of $500, which I was agreed the estimated that amount, now he wants me to pay $1300 I asked him to reduce the labor hours to five hours and I was going to pay the full amount and owner refuse to take any off, later on I went to the shop with some cash and the card. He refused to take the card from me. he says he doesn't trust me. I wish I just went to Walmart to get my oil changed never deal with these people.
