STEAR CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I took my $800 pottery barn…read morecurtains (white and baby blue) here to combine two '50in panels into one '100in panel and iron two '50in panels for $360. The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

After picking up my dress I decided to wear it and the alterations were off and the dress buckled horribly in the front. When I returned to show her how she ruined my dress she blamed it on the material and pleats in the front of the dress. She would not refund my money or fix my dress. So basically I paid someone 18.00 to destroy a brand new dress. I will never do business with her again.

The woman informed me that it would be challenging to remove and couldn't guarantee that I would get it back with the stain completely, however when I returned to pick up the dress the stain was removed completely and the dress was ready within the time frame she promised.

They say the dress can't be taken in. Should have let me know before hemming it cause now the dress can't be returned. They didn't want to refund and manager even hung up. Dress was supposed to be worn next day. Now I have no dress to wear to the event, can't return the dress cause they hemmed it, and I'm out several hundred because of their incompetence. Please DO NOT DAMAGE your clothes by this cleaners. This…read moresilk blouse was not torn when it was dropped off at this cleaner. After we picked it up and got home, we realized both underarms were torn. When we went back for and asked for explanation, they told me the blouse was already torn and that's why they didn't clean it and did not charge you for it although looked ironed on hanger and same with other clothes. That makes absolutely no sense. First of all, they counted and checked all the clothes when they were dropped off, and cleaners usually look for stains or damage before accepting items. If something is damaged, they normally point it out right away or refuse to take it. Second, even if they somehow didn't notice it at drop-off, the moment they saw the damage they should have called me to let me know they were not going to clean it. They never called.Third, when we picked up the clothes, they still said nothing about it. They only mentioned this story after we came back and confronted them. None of what they are saying makes sense. To me it's very clear that this happened while the blouse was in their possession. I will definitely take care of this matter through customer service protection.

My suit jacket was dry cleaned within the promised timeframe (about one and a half business days). I will definitely be using Majik Touch cleaners for all of my dry cleaning needs.

Since the two super sized dryers were already taken, I spent a total of $4 ($2 each) for over an hour of dryer time on medium heat. They came our beautifully! Laundry supplies are available for purchase if you didn't bring your own. Washers take dollar coins; dryers take the same or quarters. There are change machines at the back that can handle various denominators of bills. No need to go begging at the nearby businesses for change. A huge folding area (also very clean) as well as a large number of rolling laundry baskets with arms to accommodate hanging items. A single restroom -- also tidy. Old style video games or a tv on some sort of true crime channel if you get bored. There is also a laundry service available if you don't want to do it yourself. Cons: - It's not staffed. If you have problems, there's a number to call. - Very limited selection of snacks -- most of the vending machine space is taken up by liquid laundry supplies. And what there is -- well, when was the last time you saw a machine that dispensed pop tarts? (A separate machine for beverages.) - apparently there's a "guest wi-fi", but no way to access it? This is the second time I've had to use this place to launder my duvets and I'll definitely use it again should the need arise.
