A lot of the delay is the mounds of paperwork that the state requires you to present and fill out. Bottom line is the bad guys don't go into gun shops and complete the legal process so us good folks suffer. I've been in most of the gun shops in the Stanislaus County area as well as the Bay Area. She walked around with me making suggestions as well as asking me what I'm comfortable wearing. She grabbed about six dresses and hand them in the dressing room for me. She was very friendly and helpful. The store is quaint but has many treasures for women and children who love fashion. The associate allowed me to walk around on my own to do my own shopping. I look around for anything else that I might need for the summer. There were lots to choose from for my fashion eye, but I settled for a pair of white jeans that the sales associate handed me. It fit well, and I decided to buy the hot pink dress and jeans. There aren't many stores like this in Merced. Kelli's is a gem. If you love fashion and name brands, this is the perfect store for you.
