LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER: They change their Annual Service Prices without notifying the Customer. They also failed to mention they no longer do Pick up and Drop Off for free, they now charge but I didn't learn until it was time to get my mower back and the bill was so large I had to ask why. They stated the annual service fees had went up and they also are now charging for pickup/delivery. You would think they would notify regular customers of changes before slamming them with a bill. It doesn't stop there, they also don't inform you of repairs and parts before they do the work. My bill went from an annual $250, to over $600 and I didn't know anything about it until I called to see when my mower was going to be ready. Outrageous and Unprofessional. I'm now looking for a different service provider who has better business practices and can be trusted read more

Bought my garden tractor here at less a cost than Tractor Supply. If you buy here, they take care of you; not sure you'd get the same result just popping in without having purchased.. Only had one problem and they got me in the next day to take care of me. Ultimately, didn't find anything wrong until later I found a loose steering linkage where the power steering would make noise as it vibrated the connection. My Experience:Disreputable service and outrageous pricing; they get you coming and going; simple fix will snowball into outrageous numbers;slippery business practice-offers a free pick-up for previous poor repair job then takes it back and facetiously puts you down by saying sure gas is free and I don't have to pay the pick-up guy a salary,etc,call me in 3 weeks I work for free,etc. All in all a terrible experience-you have been warned! $420 repair lasted 3 cuts. read more

I don't know if this biz has new management, but service horrible, had to call twice to get an appt for lawn mower maintenance, wait a week for pick up, told it would take a week, two weeks later I finally called asking for my mower back and encountered rude woman that said it would be done sometime soon and they were back logged...I stated this was unacceptable and demanded my mower by the end of the week(our lawn looked like dandilion heaven)...they dropped the mower off, found it in the yard with key in ignition, had no idea they would be delivering it that day, no call, no nothing, no invoice(still don't know what it is they actually did)...and the kicker $528! What? Just 2 years prior it was $325...never going back there again and you would be smart to do the same. read more

I purchased a Cub Cadet XT3 GSX on 1 July 2016. Unfortunately, McMichael delivered the tractor with no oil. I was shock to see the new tractor cut and did not restart. I added about 1 1/2 quarts of oil but had it returned to inspect the equipment and check the "low fuel pressure" light. I also purchased to other items and components, 3 stage snow blower, which was left in the yard (very heavy to move), and a 3 bagger. I am disappointed that they reneged on their agreement to install the bagger for the inconvenience. I love the tractor, but hate the service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company. read more

So I got the post card in the mail for the winter service special. $199.95 for labor plus parts and free pick-up. The card specifies what they change as part of the winter service special and what they CHECK as part of the winter service special. So I called on Feb 3 to get the special for my lawn mower. Was told they would call back in a week to schedule pick up (because of the weather things got slowed down). A week came and went. I called again and was told my name was still on the list and I would get a call. I finally get a call to confirm pick-up. Two weeks later I get a call saying they will be dropping off the mower and will leave the invoice. The invoice total $806.71.The invoice notes say (this is verbatim) "PIC UP DELIVER, DOES NOT RUN CORRECTLY. DIAGMOSE REPAIR." I NEVER said it didn't run correctly. I NEVER authorized any repairs. All I wanted was the service special. They replaced parts that were not part of the special and replaced parts they said would be CHECKED. When they found items that they thought needed to repaired, all they had to do was call before making any repairs. They replaced the blades. We rotate through 3 sets of blades that we sharpen. We didn't need new blades. There were probably other things that weren't urgent that they replaced. I called but the service manager is on vacation until Monday. I will be calling back on Monday and will update this review after the call. But I know for sure, I won't ever do this again. read more
