The first time, the person who cuts keys was out to lunch. The second time, nobody was available. The third time, only one person could do it, but he was working on another car, and the staff couldn't even provide an estimated wait time -- whether it would be 10 minutes or over an hour. Each visit also involved waiting more than 20 minutes just to speak with someone because the staff was tied up with other projects. I understand being short-staffed, but after three unsuccessful trips, it's becoming very frustrating.

He suggest I just use some liquid to keep the screws tight and it would help keep the door and hinge straight. I didnt know how to use the liquid so he said he would help me. He opened the tube of liquid he pulled from the shelf for me (assuming it was for me to purchase in case I needed it again). When he was done, he said $10. After I paid, I said thanks where is the tube for me to bring home. He said it wasnt for me and I was paying for his "services". So basically if I had said I wanted to buy the tube of liquid and leave without him "helping" me, it would have been $8 and I would have kept the tube. Jack is a scammer. They guy that showed up for me didn't have the equipment to change the lock, he said a "specialist" would need to come the next day. In the meantime, he had removed the deadbolt and didn't replace it before leaving. I was charged a total of $700 for a new doorknob and deadbolt, which is way too much. I would not recommend this company.
