We went out kayaking, but unfortunately my friend lost her keys in the river. We couldn't find the fob, and it was near the end of the day. My friend's husband called around and found Mike. He said he doesn't usually go out and do calls like this, but he showed up anyway. He worked hard and figured out what was needed to get a new key fob made. He was even missing a piece of equipment and ran home to get it and came back to finish the job. All in all, he was very fast. He was friendly. And he helped my friend get into her car and enabled her to bring her car home. He was amazing and very much appreciated. Thank you, Mike, for saving the day! My friend was so relieved when she heard that engine start.

They initially were very friendly and cooperative which I appreciated since we were coming from out of town and needed someone who could come out on the day we were there. We set up an appointment for the afternoon, and they told me to call when I arrived to let them know what would be needed for the job. I called, and was told some one would be coming "right out" an hour later when no one had shown, I called back to find out where the tech was, and after they checked I was told he had car trouble and could we reschedule for the next morning. So we set an appointed time for the next morning. The next day when the appointed time had passed by about 10 minutes, I called again. I was told the would check with the Tech and call me back. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! NO ONE SHOWED UP EITHER. This was very distressing as we really needed this service. I would not recommend this company.
