It too them 15 minutes to be able to tell me it would be at least 90 minutes to get a truck to me. (Who wants to call India to call for a local service??) I got a text from my insurance stating it would take 30-60 minutes. Andy's towing is a 2 MINUTE drive from my house. I said ok whatever, they're probably on another call. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, I called them. No answer and no space to leave a message. The time reset to 20 mins, those 20 mins came and went and nothing. I then called my insurance and informed them of how ridiculously long it was taking. My insurance then got ahold of them and told me to give it another 20 minutes. So another 20 minutes came and went and they NEVER showed up. I called Andy's towing again and they sent me straight to the voicemail that was full (ignored my call) I had my insurance cancel the request because it was passed 1pm at that point. I called The Lockshop (in sunnyside) They showed up just 12 minutes after I made my call!! I definitely recommend them instead! (Not an add I'm just very happy with the service I received from them)

It was 8 p.m. and we had no cell service. A kind stranger stopped and let us use his phone so we could contact our roadside assistance. It took quite a while as apparently there were several emergencies that night. When Tyler (our tow truck driver) finally came, he very efficiently got us all hooked up. It took some time as he had to drop the driveline. We rolled into Toppenish about 1:30 a.m. exhausted but when he went to the address our insurance company gave him, it was an empty parking lot. Toppenish is not the safest town to be in, especially at night so Tyler called his boss, Cody and asked if he could bring us to the tow yard in Granger for the night until we could arrange for repairs the next day. We stayed over and a kind Auto Zone employee brought us the truck part we needed and we got out of there around 3:30 p.m. It was really nice to see that there are still so many good people in this world. Thank you Dwight, Cody and Taylor for being so kind and helpful.

Showed up 3 hours late when they kept saying they would be here in the next 30-1hr, the man (he said he was the owner) had a SHITTY attitude, laughed at our situation and threatened to slap additional fees if we kept disagreeing w him. He gave us such a hard time trying to get our car back out of his nasty, disorganized lot. All in all, its very hard to do business w them & NOT worth the "service" they provide. Such a terrible, shitty and draining experience especially after something as traumatic as a car accident.

Mr. Salgado was not willing to work with us, even though he did not mail us the paperwork out within 24 hours as he is supposed to according to the law. When we received the paperwork, we called to work with him on the price, and he would not, he instead stood to charging us $1379.00. In addition to that, he then charged us an additional $84.00 dollars to tow the car 5 miles down the road to the junkyard. To take it to court is a hassle, because it will cost you more money to miss work and pay filing fees, so I guess Mr. Salgado can continue to rip people off and get away with it. I had my engine redone by him and when it blew up he took the hit and replaced it for free and handled the warranty dispute with the distributor. He treated me and my family with the upmost kindness. He tow my car to my home, then I had to have him reload it and take it over to the auto body shop. I felt like I was a customer and not just a fee! I got an invoice through my text message, called them up and talked to Bill. It seems that my insurance didn't give him enough information. Once my insurance paid the claim, I called back and took care of it. Bill apologized for my insurance not giving him better information. Well, that wasn't his place to apologize, but he did. Through this accident, I have found blessings! You don't want to have to call a tow truck, but if you ever do, call Ken's Auto Rescue! They will take good care of you!
