DOL.WA.GOV states right on their website that when you PURCHASE a vehicle the new owner has 15 days to transfer, yes we should have done the report of sale in a timely manner, but we did not, the new owner is still responsible for transferring title which I tried to explain, which is also why there are $ penalties when they finally go to do so. But I understand towing companies don't need to care about their reputation. Shitty customer service guys. Was just trying to help a fellow auto related company out. I've been doing this type of paperwork stuff for over 30 years, and I know how frustrating it can be sometimes. So much for trying to help out.

A couple of weeks later, my other tires are now losing air, despite never having any issues prior to this visit. That raises serious concerns for me about the quality of their work or honesty in general. I kept my composure while I was there, but I left feeling misled and taken advantage of. I've dealt with many other tire shops and have never had an experience like this. This place felt dishonest and unprofessional. I sat in the truck the whole time. ask me for the 10 quarts of oil and oil filter. took them about 25 mins. when it was done. they showed me the old oil. it's a desiel truck. I can not say enough about this place. great job guys
