Showed up 3 hours late when they kept saying they would be here in the next 30-1hr, the man (he said he was the owner) had a SHITTY attitude, laughed at our situation and threatened to slap additional fees if we kept disagreeing w him. He gave us such a hard time trying to get our car back out of his nasty, disorganized lot. All in all, its very hard to do business w them & NOT worth the "service" they provide. Such a terrible, shitty and draining experience especially after something as traumatic as a car accident.

Mr. Salgado was not willing to work with us, even though he did not mail us the paperwork out within 24 hours as he is supposed to according to the law. When we received the paperwork, we called to work with him on the price, and he would not, he instead stood to charging us $1379.00. In addition to that, he then charged us an additional $84.00 dollars to tow the car 5 miles down the road to the junkyard. To take it to court is a hassle, because it will cost you more money to miss work and pay filing fees, so I guess Mr. Salgado can continue to rip people off and get away with it. Not sure of the man's name who helped us, but my insurance got my location horrifically wrong, and…read morewas sending him 20 miles away from us, so I'm glad I called to check in, he very kindly got to us within 15 minutes. He reassured us and kept me (panicked!) calm, as he were concerned we might be stuck out in the heat (I told him we were two ladies traveling alone, which he provided reassurance that he would get to us soon!),. When he got to us, he was able to do a quick fix, as there was nothing actually wrong with my car, and reassured us that even if it happened again, to keep going as it was not a danger.
