DOL.WA.GOV states right on their website that when you PURCHASE a vehicle the new owner has 15 days to transfer, yes we should have done the report of sale in a timely manner, but we did not, the new owner is still responsible for transferring title which I tried to explain, which is also why there are $ penalties when they finally go to do so. But I understand towing companies don't need to care about their reputation. Shitty customer service guys. Was just trying to help a fellow auto related company out.
