DOL.WA.GOV states right on their website that when you PURCHASE a vehicle the new owner has 15 days to transfer, yes we should have done the report of sale in a timely manner, but we did not, the new owner is still responsible for transferring title which I tried to explain, which is also why there are $ penalties when they finally go to do so. But I understand towing companies don't need to care about their reputation. Shitty customer service guys. Was just trying to help a fellow auto related company out. I flagged this gentleman down late in the evening ( those started early inn there day) Mike had a truck with him that wasn't able to tell our vehicle ( it was for trailers/ semi etc) He went down to a shop an hour out of the way and came back an additional hour drive picked up our car and told it home to safety which was an additional hour to hook up, driver drop and head back to shop.
