Since I was on emergency electrical heat for two weeks, my electric bill was close to $1000. The next electric bill after they installed my new heat pump was $700, considering that one week was also on the emergency heating. My last electric bill was a little over $100. The lowest bill I have ever had after living in this home for 20 years. Their service is second to none and you can count on them for showing up on time and solving whatever problem you have. The old system was so noisy, that it was capable of keeping you up at night hence, maybe a bad mood in the morning. I heartily recommend them, they are the best from top to bottom and their employees are well-trained and know these systems inside and out.

So I'm miserable in the heat on Mothers day. And my 2 dogs are miserable. I called again Monday morning and they said someone would be out. Noone came. At 1pm it was 85 in my house and unbearable. So I called again. They once again said they would have someone come out and it was probably just a switch. Well of thats true! Tell me where the switch is!!! 3pm called again and was told we had to wait our turn and after pressing Rick with out frustration he hung up on us. I'm so disgusted. I was trying to do the responsible thing and have my ac serviced before I had a problem. But turns out the problem is hiring all seasons. Would never ever use them again.

When the owner came to give us a quote she commented on how clean our house ready was and the fact that it would only take about 4 to 5 hours to clean our home. They did not do the outside of the windows, the shed or the garage. The hourly rate was $45.00. Upon receiving the invoice we were charged $581.00. We were charged for 12.5 hours. I called to get clarification on the bill. First I was told the top performing cleaner was assigned to our home and she had a trainee with her and this is why it took longer then I was first quoted. She also said that the home in my neighborhood were a bit larger. I did not feel I should pay extra because they had sent along a trainee. Also, she saw our house, it did not get bigger between the time she saw it and the time the person came to clean it. I was able to get the price reduced to $380. I still feel that we were over charged. If it was going to take 5 hours, at $45.00 that would only be $225.00. Because of all the other issues we had to deal with regarding a move across the country I was just not will to pursue it way further. So I guess this is a caution tale. Be aware of this company. Get the bid in writing.

Well 4 days before she was then told that they gave the apt to someone else and she could not have her money back for 60 days. And they could place her in another unit in another development. And if she refused she would lose her money. So after a few hours of yelling screaming and talking with other rental companies they agreed to give just the earnest back and we are out the 75 for the back ground. We have not received the money back yet. Most likely have to go to small claims court. Teena is the woman we dealt with and apparently there are only 2 woman involved in the company. They have no office or any web sight. But they have rentals in Selah Wa. Stay away from these professional scam artist.

The comment made by "Ryan D" was incomplete and false. Had he spoken with his x-wife who did all the communicating with elite. He would have found out that after discussing the situation that occurred and how it came about with the mother and the girls, Elite Rentals decided to not only send the girls back their dep. but their application fee as well (even though it had been spent), so they could use it to apply for another unit with another company,along with a wonderful letter that encouraged the young.girls to continue to look for a rental home, stating that renting your first home, can be a fun and exciting experience.Their mother was extremely nice but had several stories and experiences with the ex husband that were similar to theirs. The once pristine rock driveway had almost completely been taken over. But after they worked their magic, it was a night and day improvement. They also hauled an embarrassing amount of weeds away to the dump so that we wouldn't be stuck burning them ourselves. I had forgotten what the color of my carpet was when it was installed. Now clean it's a few shades lighter and looks great. He did a great job getting rid of all the bubbles by stretching the carpet to where I can't see any areas missed or visible. I think the price for the many hours of labor was very reasonable. I will definitely call Chris next time I need his services.
