I was told this wasn't necessary -- that the van hadn't sold and wouldn't sell before my scheduled test drive appointment on Tuesday. The dealership is 3+ hours from where I live, so I planned my entire day around this appointment and called one more time before making the drive to confirm the van was still available. That's when I was told it had already sold. If a customer offers to pay over the phone to hold a vehicle and is told repeatedly that it's not needed, that should mean something. Instead, I wasted a weekend of communication and nearly a half-day round trip for nothing. If you're driving any real distance for a vehicle here, get everything in writing and don't take "you don't need to put money down" at face value.

After returning the vehicle to the dealership for support, the vehicle was taken for diagnostics. Andy proceeded to then ignore countless phone calls and emails from us asking for updates and a resolution or even a simply acknowledgment with empathy for the situation. When we finally heard from him after his ghosting spree on day THREE, it was to simply terminate the sale on the vehicle because it evidently could not be resolved. We now have a hard pull against our credit from them, no car to show for it, and weeks of time wasted. It's astounding how little these people cared about the situation they put us in and the fact that they are clearly selling lemons to hard working members of our community. The owner of this dealership should be so embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for doing business like this, and employing salesmen like Andy.

Traveling East on I-90 on a 90+ degree day and get a flat tire on the travel trailer we are towing…read more(first one ever). Ok, change it with the spare. Back on the road. Stop at next rest stop to check on things and find another tire on the trailer ready to blow with separated tread, but still holding air.. Decide to continue with hazards on and travel at a much slower speed to get to next town (Ellensburg that was about 10 miles away) and find a tire store... BOOM... 2nd tire blows maybe 5 miles down the road... Okay well, pull that tire off and are now running as a "Tripod" on the #7000 TT... Get to Ellensburg and take first exit and find Commercial Tire just sitting there with open bays and we pull in. They were able to replace both TT tires with new ones and put them on the trailer in less than an hour.. I didn't catch the Tech's name, but he saved us! We made it to our destination in Wenatchee without any new incidents, except for the near 99 degree temps at the camp ground! Thank God for electricity and AIR CONDITING!
