Took care of our issue at low cost and gave us a thorough recommendation on what to repair. He also took the time to call around local establishments to see if they would be able to fix the problem (possibly at a lower cost) and recommended those places. Honest, meticulous, and works with integrity. Highly recommend.

My car died while I was driving it and had it towed here…read more After 4 hours of diagnostics and $600 later, Darrell told me he found metal in my oil and it'd need a new engine (basically it was done for as it wouldn't have been worth an engine replacement). Knowing to never trust a mechanic I do not know, I got a second opinion. Darrell hadn't even drained the oil that he said he found metal in and no metal was found in it when it was drained. I've truly never met a shoddier mechanic. Sounds like he can do some minor air conditioner repairs from the reviews I've seen, but figured I'd give a real review of his diagnostics. By the way, all my vehicle needed was some new spark plugs and ignition coils, under $200 repair. It's running smoothly and definitely has years before it'll need trashed. Don't go to this guy unless you want to waste money and potentially be out a whole car. If you want a good recommendation, go to Auto Care Experts in Yakima.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through here. Over the weekend, I called, emailed,…read moreand texted multiple times to confirm a specific van was still in stock. I even offered to put down a deposit or purchase it outright over the phone to hold it. I was told this wasn't necessary -- that the van hadn't sold and wouldn't sell before my scheduled test drive appointment on Tuesday. The dealership is 3+ hours from where I live, so I planned my entire day around this appointment and called one more time before making the drive to confirm the van was still available. That's when I was told it had already sold. If a customer offers to pay over the phone to hold a vehicle and is told repeatedly that it's not needed, that should mean something. Instead, I wasted a weekend of communication and nearly a half-day round trip for nothing. If you're driving any real distance for a vehicle here, get everything in writing and don't take "you don't need to put money down" at face value.

Do not give your hard earned money to these clowns at Kelleher Motor, Andy specifically. After 2…read morehours of taking possession of a vehicle from Kelleher, the transmission blew out during our first drive. After returning the vehicle to the dealership for support, the vehicle was taken for diagnostics. Andy proceeded to then ignore countless phone calls and emails from us asking for updates and a resolution or even a simply acknowledgment with empathy for the situation. When we finally heard from him after his ghosting spree on day THREE, it was to simply terminate the sale on the vehicle because it evidently could not be resolved. We now have a hard pull against our credit from them, no car to show for it, and weeks of time wasted. It's astounding how little these people cared about the situation they put us in and the fact that they are clearly selling lemons to hard working members of our community. The owner of this dealership should be so embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for doing business like this, and employing salesmen like Andy.
