We called and the owner said he could see us right away. Luckily we were extremely close so we were able to drive the car a couple short blocks to the shop. It took only a couple hours for them to figure out what was wrong and fix it then we were ready to continue on our way! The mechanics said the problem was not something that normally would have been easy to identify, a faulty O2 sensor. We were very lucky that they did! My car died while I was driving it and had it towed here…read more After 4 hours of diagnostics and $600 later, Darrell told me he found metal in my oil and it'd need a new engine (basically it was done for as it wouldn't have been worth an engine replacement). Knowing to never trust a mechanic I do not know, I got a second opinion. Darrell hadn't even drained the oil that he said he found metal in and no metal was found in it when it was drained. I've truly never met a shoddier mechanic. Sounds like he can do some minor air conditioner repairs from the reviews I've seen, but figured I'd give a real review of his diagnostics. By the way, all my vehicle needed was some new spark plugs and ignition coils, under $200 repair. It's running smoothly and definitely has years before it'll need trashed. Don't go to this guy unless you want to waste money and potentially be out a whole car. If you want a good recommendation, go to Auto Care Experts in Yakima.

I was charged a twenty dollar per pallet deposit through Jason that he failed to mention was refundable. I'm guessing he was going to keep my deposit because when I spoke with Basin Sod they told me that Jason had already charged me for them. I'm now trying to get reimbursed from Basin Sod for my pallet deposit. If I would have known that he was just a middle man I would have just ordered directly from Basin Sod.

The crew rototilled the uneven areas, spread the dirt to even everything out and laid new sod. After a few weeks the sod is growing in nicely. They added dirt to the edges between the old grass and the new sod to even everything up and scattered grass seed. New grass is already growing in and in another week or two you won't be able to distinguish between the old grass and the new. We are really happy with the quality of their work! Absolute Lawn Care starts up our irrigation system in the spring and blows it out in the fall and maintains the system with new sprinkler heads or anything that is needed.
