Lee and his business are awesome. While camping at the Leavenworth KOA our electric door lock failed. Of course, the hard keys were inside and I was unable to pick the lock. Lee and his family had great communication, came right out, and had the trailer with our dog inside unlocked in seconds. No one else would answer the phone and AAA said they only do cars..... even though it was an easy task, they refused to even try and send someone. This was all at 745 at night. One morning, while hauling my racecar off to the shop, my door handle broke. My keys weren't locked out, but my key only unlocked my driver door, so I had no way to get into my car. Lee and his crew came out quickly and, for a fair price, were able to quickly open up my car. Fast forward to tonight: my coworker locked my keys in my car while it was running. Lee was the first person I called and probably the only available locksmith at 10:30 p.m. on a weekday. He appears to be a good locksmith, but he seems to lack integrity and/or common sense. I arrived at my house one day to find the locks had been changed. Lee came out and fixed that, but he failed to inform me that just a few days before he had been there at the request of some real estate agent and had (probably illegally) re-keyed all the locks to my house. read more

Car door wouldn't unlock and there was no other way to get in the car. We called on a Saturday morning a little after 10:30am. Lee's Lock & Key is truly as good as it gets. I called Lee early morning on the weekend, literally on the top of Chumstick Mountain. I had locked myself out of a 2011 Ram Dodge 1500. He answered the phone right away, and we exchanged directions on how to get to a location that was far off the map with no accurate GPS information. Lee's response was calming, and he was headed out rightaway. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get to the top of the mountain and in less than a few minutes he successfully unlocked my truck. Lee helped me out of a tight spot this week. We lost our key fob and were locked out of our vehicle as well, 2 hours from home. Called aaa and Lee came out with his assistant. He took a look at my door lock and ignition and recommended getting a new ignition from the auto parts store as it would be less expensive and easier. After going to the store he found out that the part they had wouldn't work. So instead he rekeyed the ignition to match the doors and that was it. He was able to take the locks home and redo everything. Was done earlier than he thought it would and still cost the same!! Great work Lee!! read more
